Good food and good atmosphere, we have been here a few times, and not disappointed so far.

This is the best sushi place in the area. I have tried a few others but not as good as Makiyaki. They have varieties, good quality and good value, that is why I keep going back.

As usual, Makiyaki did not disappoint! Great sushi and sashimi, delicious soft shell crab tempura, good service, can't find any fault! Definitely coming back again!

We decided to book as we have seen the place always pretty full while passing by before, so decided to give it a try -good service, good atmosphere -food was good (had chicken Katsu curry, gyoza -scallop roll was so so); will give it another try soon. Price was reasonable.

Awesome food. Good service. Don't judge by the decor which is a tad dated. Really rate the rolls and the sashimi. The miso soup is also very good.

Lovely staff, superb food, sushi really is a cut above the rest. And it's very affordable. The only lack was ambience but with food this good who cares!

Considering I’m outside of Japan and non Japanese make sushi, it was good and more than average. However this is not proper Japanese food but a bit of Korean taste.

The sushi was delicious! Very different from other sushi places I've been to in London. Would highly recommend. Also, the staff was very nice and suggested some great options.

Consistently fresh and good food, great variety, service is good. A local favourite for many years. The decor is not very impressive. Booking recommended, especially during the Wimbledon tennis championships

Been going to this place for about 10 years and the quality has been consistently fantastic. Everything is delicious and beautifully presented, it's excellent value and the staff are wonderful.

We came for my mothers birthday. Very nice food but service was a bit slow. Staff were very friendly though. We would still visit again.

Enjoyed the Chicken Teriyaki and my daughter liked her Spider Sushi. Service quick and food hit upon arrival. Although we reserved a table for 7pm we arrived 10 minutes early and were seated by a friendly waitress.
