Mango Thai Tapas - Above Bar

3 people shared 4 dishes and a dessert. Service was very friendly and the food was delicious. One in our party had only eaten Thai food once before and didn't care for it. Mango changed his mind. He was very pleasantly surprised by how much he enjoyed the meal.

The service was very good with the food arriving quickly. The chicken and pork kebabs I had were great with very tasty sauces but the meat was slightly overcooked for me. The Chilean Merlot was god's at a good price.

Table for 4 booked for 6pm, order some tapas to share, quite a small portions (we did say that would be like it as main course and have a pudding), we had to order more tapas due to the size portion and our pudding. After clearing our table the waiter came back to tell us that the puddings we order are no longer available. How, why we were the first one to order them, the restaurant wasn't that busy. Communication is key in catering. I am in catering too so I know how it works. Shame it did spoil our evening as it was a birthday meal.

Staff were attentive from the start and has a lovely table by the windows. Both the food and cocktails was really good. Enjoyed our evening.

Very tasty yet again. My only niggle is that the mushroom starter was on fire this time around, WAY too many chillies in it and the golden curry had less vege, tofu ans sauce than it usually does. It was still tasty though.

Appalling service...we sat there for 2 hours waiting for our curries, with people around us coming in later being fed. When it did finally turn up, green curry was full of pickle and ginger, no other vegetable. Bad all round

First time visiting, food was fantastic would definitely come back. Waiter was rushed off his feet when we first arrived but help cam alone about an hr in, felt sorry for the waiter but this did not spoile our experience

The service was really slow and it wasn’t even that busy, took ten mins to be asked for drinks, at the same time we ordered prawn crackers the guy said he was going to check if they had any and he never returned, we got our drinks eventually and then never got asked for our food order so eventually had to flag someone down, when the food arrived we weren’t asked if we wanted anything else, two of us had empty glasses! They put the food down and walked off, we had to flag someone down again to ask for more drinks, no one came to check that everything was alright with the food, the food got cleared and again wasn’t asked if we wanted desserts or more drinks, after 20 mins of waiting we decided to get the bill and go, lost out on a lot of money from us due to poor service and attention to detail. I will say though the food is amazing, but very unlikely to return due to the bad experience of customer service.

The food is simply to die for and the service is of great standard!
