Joseph Antippa and Tyler Martin have over 25 years of combined experience in hospitality and have spent the last few years operating the kitchen, bar and restaurant of a top Kensington hotel and restaurant. It is their flair of creativity and nerve to merge unique flavours that have brought them to open their own restaurant. Manuka Kitchen is perfect for intimate dinners, a meal out with friends and late night get togethers.
