Fantastic food and experience great service and great night really enjoyed

Had the early bird menu which was excellent and amazing value. Staff all very helpful and friendly which made it a fantastic night out catching up with the girls. Would highly recommend

It's a great restaurant but the recipe on my favourite dish has changed and I don't like it so much now. Beware of the parking offer for the local NCP car parks: Memsaab add the parking charge to the bill, which then incurs the 10% service charge and increases the VAT. So last night we thought we were paying £6 for parking (as stated), but we paid £6.60 because the bill was recalculated once we showed them our parking ticket. This is not a transparent charge. It's actually cheaper to use the road parking, which is widely available in that area.

Amazing food in a beautiful setting. Simply fabulous. No matter how often we visit Memsaab never fails to deliver.

We were visiting Nottingham and craving for some Indian food. This place came up and we were glad we visited. Food and service was great.

Excellent service. However, two of our party said their chicken tikka masala was the worst they’d ever had - tough meat and bland sauce. My lamb dish was excellent. I had to ask for my pint of Kingfisher to be topped up as gave a short pint. Yet another restaurant that includes service, which usually I ask to be taken off, but on this occasion the service was probably worth the charge.

Not very busy so lacking a little in atmosphere but as always, the food was delicious.

As a family of four with our 2 young adult sons, we had a lovely meal out celebrating our son's birthday. The food was fabulous and the service at our table was fantastic! We sat at a round table near the window which was perfectly sited away from the busier part of the restaurant so we could chat together as a family. It's rare with one son working and the other away at uni that we can gather like this. The staff made it more special when they presented a surprise happy birthday desert so we could sing happy birthday. Thank you again for a lovely evening with fabulous food and service. 💕

Overall the experience was good. There was a bit of a delay with service when other large tables arrived. It felt like 2 members of staff were extremely busy running around to get these tables sorted whilst the other staff were taking it easy on the other side of the restaurant. Not sure if this was by default but there should have been more staffing even the number of customers. The staff interaction fell a bit once they got busy. There was a member of staff on the floor, not sure for what as he didn’t seem to know anything and was not able to interact.

Great service and well patronised place. The food was a little disappointing as the two lamb curry dishes that we ordered were more like a lamb stews with little flavour. Overall 6/10

Another fabulous dinner at Memsaab. Very attentive to our dietary restrictions with special little additions like an avocado chickpea dip. And they even have a gluten free chapati! Being dairy free means we usually have no options for dessert. So an absolute delight to finish with a gorgeous vegan cheesecake. Thank you Memsaab, always a pleasure

A very enjoyable evening Spencer at memsaab. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff are very courteous and very professional. The food of fantastic and we really enjoying ourselves. We can't always afford to dine out and places like memsa but it was especially occasion. We will return at sometime in the future.
