Waited 15 minutes to be seated on a dirty unset table, waited over an hour for mains, the food was then clearly microwaved and cold in places. The prawns were like rubber and carbonara insanely oily. After explaining the manager repeatedly asked us to give them another chance, even following us out of the restaurant into the street. Would not recommend, there’s much better places in Leicester for an Italian.

Felt we were sat outside, not the cosy atmosphere I expected. Service was slow

Despite arriving 5mins early for our reservation, our table was not ready. We waited for 25mins+ to be seated. Only our original table was downstairs but then we were moved to their outdoor/ indoor covered cabana area. It was cold in Dec. Their little radiators did nothing to raise the temp with cold drafts coming from the floorboards, which was actually decking, and from the makeshift wooden walls. We were cold for the duration of our meal, despite being asked to move, this was looked into, but never happened. The meals were ok, my chicken dinner came with half a chicken breast in a small watery cream sauce with two pieces of asparagus and some veg . No potatoes - lucky we ordered homemade chips. What was supposed to be a good night out, was cold, cold, cold with little empathy or support to try and accommodate our wishes to sit in a warm area of a restaurant. Bring a coat or a radiator and a blanket if you are seated at the back because you will freeze in the colder months. Sorry

The food was amazing but felt a little like we were in a waiting area at one time there must have been 20 people queuing near our table shame really as the food was lovely

Food was very good. Only complaint was that we ordered starters and main courses and are mains came first, We had to point out that we had not yet had our starters.

The level of service was 10/10 the food was 10/10 the venue is very beautiful and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience

Food was good but service was shocking. Arrived 10 minutes early then waited 20 minutes for menu. Asked 3 times where our main course was as people arriving after us were being served before us. We were offered a complimentary dessert but this took so long to come we were leaving the restaurant so they put it in a bag for us to take away!

Food nice. Service very very slow. Over an hour passed from sitting down at our table to the staff taking our food orders. Couldn’t find a staff member to take a dessert order so gave up in the end! Staff friendly. Magician brilliant.

We were blown away by Reno, so entertaining, very welcoming. The food was delicious, we didn't want it to end. We sat on the swings, we had so.much fun. We will return, thank you to Mahp x

The staff were lovely and very attentive. Some of them have got photographic memories, remembering our order without writing it down. Impressive. The food is so nice as well. Everything very good and will deffo come again.

Brilliant welcome when we arranged, very friendly staff. They were busy, always a good sign on a Monday so we waited for tap water and bread but the staff team were apologetic and really it made no difference to our enjoyment of the evening. Food was very good indeed. Very highly recommended

We had a nice experience. I brought my 85 year old mum to the restaurant for an early meal. Service was good. It took a bit of time to catch their attention to place our order but all was good. Food and wine were superb. Friendly staff. Atmosphere was a bit stuffy and gloomy and it wasn't convenient to have toilets up on the first floor but given the age of the building it was understandable. Great experience, food was excellent, we ordered the meatballs as starters and seabass for mains, both of which were superb.

very slow service, the restaurant was very chaotic and the manager interrupted the evening by shouting across the restaurant about a new dessert they had to offer which ruined the vibe from the get go.

Service was really slow. We waited for around 15/20 minutes for our drinks which were just sat on the bar. Portions was also tiny we left still hungry and not satisfied. Would not recommend for the price.

We had a lovely night celebrating my partners birthday, the food was exceptional, staff friendly & accomodating the only downside was that we were seated at the back of the restaurant in the almost outside area which is undercover with heaters, but there was a draft blowing in which meant that some of the party were cold, the staff did offer to move us but we had already moved once as the first table was too small for 7. This area is probably lovely in the summer months, but not really for late October this was the only negative to what was a really lovely evening. Thankyou

My third visit. Nice atmosphere, great food, good service, friendly. Unfortunately my order for a drink while I perused the menu was very slow and didn't arrive until after my starter, which wasn't a good start to my evening! After that things went smoothly.

We had a great welcoming and we agreed to move table for another party who needed access. All started well with delicious wine and even a visit from a magician to our table. 3 out of four of our dishes were delicious (the bolognese tasted of seafood) but we had to wait 2hours for our main course. I understand that some times the kitchen can get overwhelmed but the service should keep us informed and reassure us of the progress of our meals.

Everything was excellent, food, service, ambience (we just had to ask for drinks and food menu's) but otherwise 100%
