Love to sit in Meze with good company and waste an afternoon with lovely food, Turkish wine and relaxed friendly staff.

Booked this restaurant after reading reviews and was not disappointed.Lovely relaxed, cosy venue. Greeted quickly and warmly by the owner who accommodated us 15 minutes early before our booking. Huge tasty meals with some appetisers brought to the table prior to this. Enjoyed my beer very much and had to order another, house wine ordered by my fellow diner was also a hit. Would definitely return to this venue when in Eastbourne, highly recommended. Bumped into the owner on our way to the seafront early next morning and he recognised us and greeted us straight away.

A real hidden gem - excellent and authentic food, great service and a brilliant ambience. It isn't the cheapest place in town, but it is absolutely value for money. Highly recommended.

The team at Meze are always welcoming and our lunch was a masterclass in good service, fabulous food, and good cheer. This Eastbourne restaurant is a local treasure and comes highly recommended.

Food was great, staff were most attentive, but distinct lack of social distancing and no staff wore masks.

We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. All three of the staff were fantastic, especially the waiter in red. The food was mind blowing. The price was so reasonable. We loved it.

social distancing was pretty much non existent, I get they need to fill tables and recoup some money but not at the expense of peoples health. Food however was excellent as usual, will be back but disappointed and felt uncomfortable with people too close
