Succulent lamb and chicken tikka with button mushrooms, onions and peppers.
Korma
A combination of mild spices with fresh cream, almond and coconut cream. Chicken, Lamb or Prawn.
Paneer Tikka Bhuna (V)
Indian cheese spiced lightly and pan fried then cooked in spice bhuna sauce.
Tandoori Special Mix (with a naan)
Tandoori chicken, chicken/lamb tikka, sheek kebab and king prawn.

The award winning Mint Restaurant is conveniently located 10 minutes away from the NEC, off the A45, with ample car parking. It is ideal for business users with its free Wi-fi. The ground floor is laid out spaciously allowing for intimate dinners, whilst the first floor lends itself to corporate hospitality events or large parties. The restaurant has a seating capacity of 140 people. The menu is refreshing with signature dishes that range from Lamb Shank Pumpkin to Sea Bass Biran. The wide range of salads provides a light and tasty option. Of course, no Indian restaurant is complete without its traditional favourites and there is no exception at the Mint. The Mint has won numerous awards and most recently been recognised for “exceeding in the expectation of high quality food, service and cleanliness of establishment” in the AAA Guide of Excellence 2009. It has also won the Best Indian Restaurant for the West Midlands from the Ethical Food Award.
