Montmartre Restaurant Crouch End is an elegant and charming French restaurant tucked away on Crouch Hill, north of the London city centre. Inspired by classic French brasseries, this space on Crouch Hill is home to an extensive menu of dishes that will have you dreaming of Paris, we’re quite sure. Expect to find dishes including moules mariniere a la creme of mussels cooked in cream, white wine, herbs and basil; galette Florentine and of course, the classic Boeuf Bourguignon, alongside plenty more. Oh, and be sure to pay close attention to the carefully curated wine list – it’s very tempting indeed. A dining experience you won’t forget, Montmartre Restaurant London is quite simply, a must.
The restaurant has not been running long under its new management. As the Blue Legume it had a comfortably informal style with very good food, and now as Montmartre the same sort of character is being maintained, perhaps a little more sspruced up, and also with very good food naturally focused on French style of cuisine. The staff are pleasant, informal but efficient and dinner was a very agreeable unrushed experience. I endorse earlier comments praising the short but carefully chosen winelist.
Lovely, spacious Brasserie in a great location in Crouch End. The food was delicious, well presented and reasonably priced, with a good wine list. This used to be The Blue Legume, but it has metamorphosed into a chic French restaurant and we’ll definitely be going back again.
Lovely food great service and very reasonable price. Starters were large and good quality and mains were very tasty service wS good with very friendly staff
