More about Moshimo, Brighton

Well, count us in. We are fans. We’ve never doubted it. We liked it from the start. Fact: We love Moshimo. Everything about it. From its fresh foods and wonderful selection of sushi to a marvelous identity that they are not shy about revealing. Everything. Moshimo are known to create sushi like no other place in Brighton. And no wonder then that they were awarded “a brace of prestigious national and international awards.” Again: We love Moshimo…

Head Chef Donna’s in charge of creating these pieces of art otherwise known as Maki, Nigiri, and Sashimi. Buying at local markets, Moshimo prides itself of promoting regional and locally produced foods. Also, and more importantly, Moshimo use sustainable fish suppliers for their sushi, which scores high in our book. What else scores high is their fun and hip approach to absolutely everything they do. Come and hang out for some of the most relaxed and unusual al fresco dining in Brighton.
