Head Chef Donna’s in charge of creating these pieces of art otherwise known as Maki, Nigiri, and Sashimi. Buying at local markets, Moshimo prides itself of promoting regional and locally produced foods. Also, and more importantly, Moshimo use sustainable fish suppliers for their sushi, which scores high in our book. What else scores high is their fun and hip approach to absolutely everything they do. Come and hang out for some of the most relaxed and unusual al fresco dining in Brighton.
