Minced meat mixed with herbs and Mumtaz Spices formed on a skewer and cooked on a chargrill. (Whilst every care is taken to remove all bones, occassionally fragments may remain).

Murgh Makhani (Chicken Tikka Masala)
Mumtaz pioneered this dish in 1979, since then it has become one of Britain's favourite dishes and is now available worldwide. Pieces of grilled marinated chicken breast cooked with fresh tomotoes, onions, garlic, ginger, pistachios, almonds and Mumtaz spices. (Please specify mild, medium or hot - nuts also optional)

Piece of Cod cooked with tomatoes, ginger, lime juice and Mumtaz spices.
Karahi Lamb Masala Desi (On the bone)
Pieces of lamb on the bone cooked with fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic, coriander and our own blend of spices.
