Mustard and Punch

Another great evening at the Mustard and Punch. Busy night but the service was fast and food excellent! Highly recommended, and the set menu is great value too!

Lovely flavours interesting combinations Overall enjoyable evening! Soup gorgeous Fish cheeks and onions great Pheasant tender Sorbet delicious Chocolate and cherry dessert scrumptious! Attentive service.

Very busy on the Friday we visited but food was excellent and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Good choice of wine, if a little expensive. We will certainly visit again.

Positives: - the staff were top notch. Really helpful. - the atmosphere was great. - the alcohol went down well. - the free humous was tasty. Negatives: - the mains were a disappointment. The dhal was too salty and it really needed to come with a carbohydrate like rice or naan. My girlfriend ordered gnocchi and didn't finish it. Overall the vibe was nice but the mains fell short. However, you could tell there was a lot of effort put in and credit must be given for offering dishes a little different to the usual fare you get in chain restaurants.

Delicious food served in a relaxed atmosphere. Very welcoming and buzzy we were a party of 9 and the staff were very attentive and prompt

The staff are amazing particularly the manageress who is really friendly and very professional. It’s always a pleasure to go to Mustard and Punch and the food is really good. A nice atmosphere and ambience

Great welcome, comfortable surroundings. food was excellent, service impeccable. Early bird menu is great value for money. 3 courses for £20, what’s not to like! Highly recommend.

We had a very enjoyable evening great staff, great atmosphere and great food. The only down side is the seating is very cramped and close together, i.e. 2 tables for 2 is like a table for 4

Nice place, excellent food. It got busy later and so desert was delayed. Problems with the card so may want to take cash. Staff very friendly and the drinks reasonably priced.

mustard and punch what can i say the service is first class the food is delicious the early bird is very good value i had rissoto the time i went it was cooked to perfection i can’t praise this little place enough .
