Lamb Naga
Lamb Tikka marinated in southern Indian spices which are cooked in a clay oven and served over a minced lamb curry cooked with fiery Naga chilli, chopped spinach, onions, peppers, cumin, garam massala & fresh coriander.
Fish Shashlik Karahi
Marinated Sea Bass fillet pieces, skewered with chunky onions, red & green peppers with tomatoes. Cooked in the clay oven, then transferred to a pan & cooked in a special sauce to make this an exquisite Karahi dish.

Biryani
Basmati rice, stir fried with onions, spices & fresh coriander. Topped with omelette & fresh salad. This dish is served with a vegetable curry sauce. (additional £1.45 charge)

A sweet & sour curry with lentils & pineapple.

Prepared with garlic, ginger, bell peppers, tomatoes, fresh coriander & a special tamarined balti sauce to produce a rich but sharp flavour.
