I love this restaurant it’s our go to when in the area. We moved out of this town but still like to back it’s that good I especially like the butter chicken even thought it’s a hot night it just works better than having a salad, well I think so anyway.

I love this restaurant it’s one of the best locally for Indian food with a bit of a different style. No bright red curry here. I really enjoy the chicken tikka masala and my friend go to is the butter chicken both are really good and add in a nice big nan bread and what else could ask for

A really friendly restraint the staff are mostly family so make an effort to ensure your happy with your meal. The are keen to tell you that there food is more organic and that you will not see a bright red curry coming it if the kitchen so that’s a big plus in my book. Try the butter chicken as it is excellent and good well with a plain nan which is my choice

Ayer another great meal we had a mixed starter platter which gives you a choice of pakoras plus chicken chat. We then shared a butter chicken and a tandoori chicken with rice and nan bread add in a cold kingfisher beer and your all set. As always the service is good and the family look after you well

I really enjoyed my meal the restaurant was not to noisy and the selection of both starters and main was great. I had the fish pakora to start and the butter chicken with rice and enjoyed both. The staff are mostly family and take a pride in what the serve to you checking it’s to your liking and willing to adjust if your not happy

Another great meal tried the buffet option this time which in unusual in you have a selection of starts as the norm but. You each choose a couple of mains and once you eat those if you want more you order again and have the same or choose some other dishes so different but really good

Great visit this local restaurant is a go to for Indian dishes that are really tasty and not one bright red curry seen ever which is a good thing in my books. I had the butter chicken with rice and plain nan which is my first choice here. It is always spiced just right but the buttery taste bring a good balance, yummy

This place is great if you need a go to local curry house. A great curry and a cold beer on a Friday night so life is good. I especially enjoy the lamb rogan josh but tonight I tried the patia and it was really good not too sweat with a little chilli kick to it so try it sometime

Another enjoyable meal at one of my favourite restraints in the town. We went for a mix of pakora starters which were good and the fish pakora is really tasty if you like fish. The lamb rogan josh was very spicy in a good way and the meal is always tender. My wife had the butter chicken and this gets S thumbs up too so couple of options if your interested.

Another great meal went with the chicken tikka which came on the usual sizzling skillet. The chicken was well good and really juicy not the dried out way you often get this dish. The curry sauce was spicy but not too spicy and the nan was lovely and fluffy so what else can you say other than you must try it for yourself soon

Another really good meal tonight. We tried the buffet option which is a bit different in that you choose a starter and then three main options and they put these out for the two of you to have and they replace each dish went finished until you have had enough if you try this make sure the butter chicken is one of them it is fantastic

Given it was a cold and dreary night this was a warm and welcoming place to be on such a night the service was friendly and not intrusive and the food was really tasty and I would recommend the lamb Rohan josh on a night like this it just warms you all over along with a nan bread the size of a tennis bat to help you mop up the rich sauce. The lamb is so tender it just breaks part in you mouth so have a cold beer to join the meal and your all set well at least I was.

Really enjoyed the buffet option with plenty of choice on offer such as a mix of pakoras and tikka specials of chicken and lamb. The lamb buhna was really tasty and a good range of deserts all at a reasonable price so would happily recommend trying it if your in the area

Back on the spice wagon again will my old favourite lamb Rohan josh and mushroom fried rice along with a cold kingfisher. You must give the place a try if you in the area of West Lothian it’s worth the trip. Friendly family run business always willing to explain the dishes and best of all not a bright red curry sauce in any dish. Winner for me

I needed a break from spice dishes so tried the chicken sweet and sour dish and it might just be one of my favourites along with a couple of chapattis it is a really tasty and light dish. The staff are always friendly and helpful in exposing the different dishes to help you make a choice of mains

Yet another enjoyable dinner in what is becoming my local even though there are other Indian restaurants locally I really enjoy the style of cooking. You.wobt find s bright red curry dish here. Again had the south chilli chicken with fried rice and chappattis as some tines a nan is just to much bread for me so recommend you try here

Another great meal I tried the South Indian chilli chicken and mushroom pelia rice with a cheeky nan on the side. I had a lovely chilled kingfisher to wash it down so not much you can add to make it better than this other than papadoms with spicy unions worth trying this some time

Yet another good meal with great service and a pleasant atmosphere. I went with the buffet tonight as I just did not know what I fancied so went with a bit of everything. A greT mix of starters available and four deprecate curry’s so good options with chicken tikka as the stable fallback if needed so well worth trying it if your undecided

I went for my new best dish which is a lamb rogan josh and just cannot get enough of this dish. I prefer to go with just a plain nan and it’s perfect with this dish do not why but it just works so if your a rice person maybe try this once to if it changes your view on a different combination. I passed on a started but did have the popadoms and spicy onions had I am still a bit of a traditionalist at heart, hope you try this place soon .

Booked this for my wife and by all accounts she enjoyed the meal and the restaurant itself. Friendly staff who are helpful in exposing the differ dishes and check your preferences to also recommend dishes you may not have had before. My wife went with a prawn dopiasa which she really liked with pilou rice. Did not have the nan but did think about it as some passed bye the table so many next time .

I decided to give something new a try and had a pori dosa which is a large pancake that comes like a big fluffy pillow and inside there is a spicy chickpea and spice filling which was really tasty. I had a chicken tikka tandoori dish and again the dish was really tasty so would recommend both

gain a great meal highly recommend the lamb Rogan josh, you will not be disappointed with this dish. I always go with plain nan bread but tried chapatis for a little change and it worked a treat. I also tried sagaloo as a side dish and this works too, so I recommend you try it soon.

I had another lamb rogan and nan bread and the meat was really tender and the sauce was not overly spiced so a good balance. I did have the popadoms and spicy onions to start with but the star was the lamb hence telling about it first I would recommend this dish every time

I tried a prawn curry for the first time and the prawn were really tender and worked well with the sweet and sour poori sauce which did not over power the prawns so I will give this a go again soon as it’s a great alternative and to chicken worked well with chapattis

Great visit friendly welcome as always and plenty options on the buffet to night so dodged my usually curry choice for a sampler approach to let me try something new. Would recommend the haggis pakora as it just works with chilli sauce. Tried the korma and it works well when you don’t want to load up on spice so something for all tastes
