My partner had the steak and thought it was amazing. Me and my daughter had the seafood boil, that was amazing and really good value for money. Staff were lovely!

We always go to this fantastic restaurant and truly recommend it: seafood bowl, steak, lamb OMG - so unique, fresh, amazingly marinated! The staff is very attentive! We can’t wait to come back.

This is a unique germ-the food is marvellous! A seafood bowl is to die for, steak is so delicious and we also tried a whole tilapia fish, which takes 45 minutes to freshly cook and it was divine! Thank you to the whole team and to the owner!!!

Staff didn't know what they were doing when it came to making separate payments took half an hour to pay very clumsy service.

Had a pleasant experience here. My partner and I went here for a weekend date. We had a reservation and were promptly led to our table on arrival. The team were nice and friendly, offering useful advice on the menu. We had the seafood platter with the large lobster, which was great, but very almost impossible to finish. We also took some peppered meat home to try, and it was amazing. I will definitely visit again.

Not welcoming and didn’t fell comfortable. I would not visit again.

The place is nice, food excellent and staffs were professional. Will definitely go there again. If you want the sea food will recommend you go early or call to book ahead.

The lady who served us was completely uninterested in us being there. We sat down and were given 2 menus for the 4 of us. 2 minutes later she asked for our order, we asked for drinks and she twisted her face. We ordered food anyway to avoid any confrontation. Warm bottles of Stella and cans of coke came no glasses or ice for coke 2 Starters missing we reminded them, they came eventually 1 main and a side missing we reminded them, they came eventually. Steak was supposed to be medium was well done at best, salmon was cooked to within an inch of being a block of coal. Seafood boil was great although I had to share a fish picker with my friend as they had ran out of them. how can you share a fish picker man!! They also ran out of warm Stella so we had warm Bud and had no tiger prawns. They were busy all day apparently.. We nearly finished our food and they started clearing the table. The bill was presented 30 seconds later. Looks like we did not want deserts or coffee.. We paid and left a pretty much empty restaurant at 845, table was at 730 Such a shame!! We won't be back..

We were at Native cave for my fiancées birthday, the food was amazing and so tasty. The service was fabulous, very attentive and when the waitress found out it was a birthday celebration they brought out a whole lobster free of charge. Played happy birthday for us and then brought us a huge slice of chocolate cake. The whole night was special and we will definitely return next time we're in Newcastle.

The staff are nice, we enjoyed the food specially as we couldn’t find seafood restaurants that offers variety of seashells worth the money too..very tasty too.. couldn’t wait for the next visit.

The food was lovely however we were sat by the door and the cold came in when ever opened. While there it was 5 times just by the staff.

We were the first customers of the day and they didn’t have any of the crab croquette's. Pasta was over cooked so that was left as was the praun starter. Overall disappointing won’t be going back.

Food was great - mixed seafood boil was tasty and generous staff obviously inexperienced, but trying need a better bar selection - wine virtually undrinkable

We went for my Birthday & it was honestly the best seafood I’ve ever had. The seafood boil & the sauces were outstanding. Absolutely loved this place & will definitely be going back.

Booked a table for 6:30 and was not seated until after 7pm. Another 15 minutes later and we still hadn’t had our drinks order taken. We placed our food order only to be told that 2 of the items we’d requested were out of stock. We left before the drinks had even arrived. Thoroughly disappointing experience and won’t be returning.
