Fantastic pub grub and more importantly what wonderful service! The staff are very nice and friendly and nothing was too much to ask. The kids play area is fantastic as well.

we arrived at the venue a few minutes early and we got to sit at the table right away but we got served by 3 different people so it was a bit of a wait.. not too much though but probably could have gone a bit smoother. we ordered 4 mains and the 4th one came about 5 minutes delayed . we also ordered an extra side of chips and they were late too. but over all , not too bad...

Delicious food, lovely beer garden - the young staff are fantastic, really nice and helpful, especially Laura and Richard. Excellent. They've obviously been trained very well, with customer care a priority!

We always get such a great welcome here and even with the additional COVID requirements, it’s still the relaxed and welcoming place it’s always been. It was good to be back!

Relaxed out door lunch with 3 children and a dog. Kids had fun on the play area. Adults could relax under a tree whilst eating an enjoyable lunch. Cx

Amazing service and fantastic food. Really good measures put in place for social distancing. Table service was prompt and staff very friendly, would definitely visit again.

Everything was fine. The reason I gave the atmosphere a poor score was not the fault of the pub. It was because we were the only couple dining inside the pub so it was quiet. Most people were outside in the garden. We went to dine inside to keep out of the way of the young children.

Friendly staff, loads of outdoor seating; good social distancing measures in place including external access to toilets. Dogs welcome & tasty food!

Slow service , went to bar and told them we there . Then waited twenty minutes to be served . Problem when you employ kids .

It was lovely to be able to eat outside. The Staff were great and the facilities we’re very clean and everything was well organised ! THANK YOU !

Waited for 30 minutes to get served, and after we eventually got a drink we were then forgotten about for the rest of our booking slot.

Table service didn't really work, staff weren't sure what drinks they had (no menus available), had to walk inside with the staff to pay.

Lovely staff and location, great playground. Children’s’ food a bit steep for what it was and the rest of the food was fine.

We were 9 5 adults and 4 kids. The food was really nice and the service as well, very attentive! We certainly go back! And the playground outside is a cherry on the top if you have children:?ours just order their food and went off to play 😄

Loved my visit here as usual. A welcome retreat after a chilly walk around the Newbold. Missed the chicken and mushroom pie as it wasn’t on menu today.

A decent experience overall, wholesome menu, warm and comfortable, service was a bit hit and miss drinks offer very limited generally marred by too many small children.

The Newbold Common rocks - a little gem of a place with great food, which is good value, in and in a feb setting with a play area for kids just outside.

I love this place so much, each month I take my clients here for lunch. We always get such personal service and are taking care of so well. And our fave is their pie of the day - with their special gravy 😋

The service was exceptional, the standard of food quality was excellent. We came with out of town family guests and they where very impressed with the treats for the dogs and the empathy from the staff. We had a lovely evening to celebrate our Diamond Wedding Anniversary. The Newbold Comyn Arms catered very well for our every need.

Fantastic effort to accommodate 21 adults and children from pony club tetrathlon at Offchurch at very short notice and the food was excellent.
