Food was good however service was slow and chaotic, waited an hour for our starters to arrive. Staff were unattentive and we felt ignored. Restaurant decor stylish but we were disappointed overall considering price and service.

Calm & quiet atmosphere which builds nicely as the evening progresses and the restaurant get fuller and busier. Very good service and very good food. As always!

Usual pleasant atmosphere. Very very good service and exceptional food! This has become our regular Indian restaurant of use because the food and service are the best in the area!

Lovely food, modern decor, only slight gripe was the ambient noise - but it was a Friday night! My Railway Lamb was delicious, highly recommended.

A good curry, excellent flavours! We hade the railway tabs and chicken achari. The prawn dishes look great so will be attempting one next time!

Food was good nothing special. Waiters can't pour a drink properly and serve warm beer. Disappointed with my evening as I raved about it to my partner and got a very average meal

A welcoming pre-dinner drink at the bar first. Then lovely food as usual. All with very polite & pleasant service. A calm & relaxing atmosphere. All very nice.

Food was great! The Lamb Tava is delicious! Service was ok, could be more friendly. Don't think I would eat in again but will use as a takeaway option.

I have Been to no7 a number of times now and Each time the food has been delicious aswell as great service. Will definetely be returning

Service was really poor and the food very average. Despite having booked, we were put at a tiny table out of the way in the corner, where no one could see us and therefore, no one bothered to serve us. When we asked to be moved to a vacant table near the window, we were ignored and the table was given to someone else, whilst we stood waiting. When we were finally reseated, again service was poor and a long wait ensued between visits from the waiting staff. The food itself was satisfactory, but for ambience and attentive, friendly staff, this is not the restaurant to visit.

Best curry I have had in a long time, nice to be different to your standard curry house. Service was great and I would definitely recommend, I look forward to going back soon!

We've been going to No. 7 since the day it opened. We love the 'selective' menu and find the food always stunning. Unlike traditional Indian Restaurants, No. 7 has a very contemporary feel and buzz. Big Fans.

I was slightly disappointed after reading such good reviews. The service was really slow and it took ages for the main dish to arrive but the food was good once we got it.

Absolutely wonderful. The staff were lovely, food was fantastic, excellent service, and delicious cocktails! Thank you for making the evening extra special for my partner's birthday. Spot on - there's nothing I would change.

Very good service, and very tasty food. Would recommend it to anyone you enjoys proper Indian cuisine, and not the dumbed down sweet curries that are often served in many Indian restaurants.

Settings, food and service were excellent. One of the best curries I have ever had in an elegant restaurant. The only fault I thought was the ladies toilets. Those were rather dirty. Would definitely go back though!!!!

Food was fantastic and staff very friendly. However they prioritise walk-ins ordering takeaways over seated customers. so we had to wait well over an hour for our food. Next time we'll order a takeaway.

Quite the most superb Indian restaurant in a very large area, the decor, the ambiance, and the staff deliver exceptional and delicious food. Always an evening to remember.

Visited the temple on Saturday evening. Restaurant was very busy, however, this did not affect the service and the food arrived hot & tasty. Would recommend the veggie Aloo Brinjal Tava and the Tarka dhal. The expresso martini was a good end to the meal ! Thanks, we will be back soon.

A lovely Indian meal, good flavours and nicely presented. The Railway Lamb is to be recommended. The décor is also very stylish, adding to the overall experience.

The choice and quality of the food is 5* - excellent. Service is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is lively so if you are looking for a quiet dining experience, this isn't for you!

I choose this restaurant as it looked a little different and a cut above the usual Indian restaurant. Service was very lack lustre and food was just OK. Won't be going back.

Great food, and pleasant ambience. Usual friendly service, apart from one frosty waiter who seemed to have been having a bad day - shame he couldn't force a smile even for appearances sake! Shame none of the draught beer was available either. Would definitely still go again, despite the grumpy individual and bottled beer situation.....

The staff are very friendly and informative, the food was great. The restaurant interior is very modern and we like that a lot. It's a great local restaurant. They often have live music on a Thursday, not tried that yet but we will do.

The Food was fairly good. However, the Staff were indifferent & the service rushed. They served us our main course whilst still eating our starter. I'm afraid we will not be going again.

No. 7 is a superb up-market restaurant specialising in quality Indian cuisine. Very friendly greeting on arrival, quickly checked my booking and showed us to our table. (Also number 7). Attentive service from staff and helpful assistance given. The quality of food couldn't be faulted ... indeed, a member of our party commented it was the best he had ever tasted. We all felt the same. After our meal and some friendly chat we were served complimentary coffee and cakes. A very nice and welcome touch. The prices are a bit higher than the "norm" but it's well worth the extra. Will we return? Most certainly.
