The tasting menu was delicious: various and full of flavours. The service was friendly, efficient, informative and informal.

A good place for food if you know what to order. Some dishes were outstanding and others disapointing. Personally, I think the waiting staff could try to pronounce the dishes correctly and show respect to the Indian heritage. No choice to tip on card.

Quite expensive for average Indian food. Samosas need some improvement. Couple of standout dishes were pork vindaloo and the paneer tikka but the rest fell a bit flat.

It was my first visit to Nutmeg it was a Saturday evening, I was impressed with the atmosphere, it was buzzing, popadoms and side dishes deliciously different , main course delicious, finished with an excellent espresso martini, staff very professional, the best Indian meal I’ve had in ages, first class, I will look forward to returning.

We were seated in the back room and it was so busy it was difficult to have a conversation. The food; onion bhaji was disappointing, butter chicken was not a good flavour and not much chicken in the biryani. Waitress was abrupt. Not up to Nutmegs normal standard by a long way 😏

Eight of us ate at Nutmeg and we had a wide variety of dishes including all nine starters. The food was exquisite and the service was friendly and welcoming. The value for money was high because the food was so good and it wasn't too pricey. Our only downside was being sat in a cramped/cosy booth - the space was ok but it was very noisy and we had to shuffle around a lot when someone needed to get up for the toilet. So that was the only negative on a fantastic experience.

Excellent food, brilliant service and not expensive. Second time here and will definitely be going back again.

We were unable to give a tip on card which was such a shame as the service was fantastic but people rely on card payments now!

9/10 overall, wish there was a lime pickle with the poppadom dips. Chicken Korma was spot on. Will be returning soon.
