Amazing restaurant with authentic Portuguese food. Celebrated my birthday dinner there and staff were really friendly and attentive. Definitely going back again. Only complaint I have is that it was hot inside the restaurant. Got worse as it filled with customers. Maybe need more aircons?

Great food, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend the octopus, the grilled squid, and the codfish dishes. Good Portuguese wine selection as well

It is a nice place, we had calamari to start, but they were disappointing as they seemed defrost. Seafood rice (arroz de marisco) was good though, steak (bife a portuguesa) was pretty good.

Best dinner in town!! We went for clams and octopus, then for arroz de marisco... everything was delicious!Wasn't our first time, but definitely there will be many more to come!

Always good. We made a chance at last minute, and they were accommodating. The food is excellent and the staff as well. It was very loud, but it is normal in a football day.

Very Good food! Tasty and quality! I always try different types of Bacalhau. This time we ordered Bacalhau a Mendes de Sá and Bacalhau a Lagareira, but Mendes de Sá is my favourite! The wine is always wonderful and the deserts too! It’s a pity the restaurant is not so big for the demand, but I’m glad I managed to book a table for 14h on a busy Good Friday! I recomend this restaurant!

Thought we’d give Portuguese food a try. Booked in advance, very busy restaurant but only waited a few minutes to be seated. Very little space between seats and tables. Bread, butter, pate and olives were charged for whether or not eaten though reasonably priced. We all ordered something different, my wife very much enjoyed her starter of veal croquettes and main of pan fried monkfish with tomato rice, the monkfish white and delicious. Our Son had flaming chorizo, brought to the table flaming, most impressive! His main of steak, Parma ham and egg was unusual but he said very good. I had sausage and scrambled egg starter which had a very strange taste and a main of seafood marinara which was different to what I expected, an absolutely huge portion which could easily have fed two people. Finished meal off with a glass of port then waited for what seemed an endless time for the bill. Not bad service for what was an extremely busy evening and prices were reasonable.

Great food, very good customer service! Always pre book your table. Very crowded! Fantastic menu diversity, from starters to fresh deserts! Great selection of Portuguese wines, too, and same champagne available for special occasions!

It was a very busy day, but they managed to keep up with all the request and timings. The food was good and we had a goo time.

As someone who grew up eating handful of Portuguese food, this is by far one of the best in this corner of Little Portugal. Better food and better service than any other Portuguese restaurant in the neighbourhood.

The food was mazing as usual and the staff were alwais attentive. And their wine list has a lot of super portugese wines with very reasonable pricing.

My friends and I had a late lunch on a Saturday. We had mussels, shrimps and croquets as starter and squid, octopus and cod as mains. Food was tasteful and portions were really big which we couldn't even finish. We had some room for desert and coffee. All together only £35 served by a kind and professional service.

Great starters and rice dishes, friendly staff. And they patiently accommodated my dog too! Only disappointment was the bacalao dish which was very tough and chewy. We should have said something but didn't! Would return though!
