The food and service was excellent with pleasant ocean view seating

As always the food was amazing, the staff were polite and friendly and the view across the Thames was stunning. It was my husband's birthday and he felt very spoilt.

The staff were very abrupt, understand it was busy, not a nice welcoming. The prawns I ordered was meant to be olive oil was in sunflower or vegetable oil, dip the bread in was greasy like fried bread, bread was hard. Chips were hard and overcooked, no pototo inside the chip. Out celebrating my birthday with family. Has now put me off coming back.

What a fabulous location! Plus very personable staff and very good food. We had a selection of tapas dishes, each of which was excellent in its own different way. We’ll be going back!

Ocean Beach is my go to for a relaxing afternoon or evening meet up with friends. I always feel so relaxed after a visit. Would recommend to anyone.

Arrived 20mns early but they found us a table in the conservatory overlooking the beach which was great. But the service was extremely slow. Took ages to get our starters, and as for our mains , I had to ask after 1 hr why we still had not been served...all in all it took 2hrs for 2 courses! But the food compensated for the wait. It made our return home much later than we wanted (we had come for the day and had over 1hrs30 journey back! ).

The chicken mains were delicious and so was my warm chocolate brownie, but my husband was VERY disappointed with his brandy liqueur coffee, as it didn't smell or taste like it was made from a good quality brandy, but rather like it was made with a brandy essence. ☹️ Great view and good service though

Great food, service very quick and courteous. Good atmosphere, only let down by weather which turned very stormy and blustery for a summers day in June!

I had the smoked haddock with 2 poached egg, it was very nice, no bones whatsoever. My wife had the eggs benedict which she enjoyed. Coffee was good and had a table overlooking the beach on the hottest day of the year which was a nice view to have.

Enjoyed the food Staff were good and helpful. However, a bit of a wait as apparently it was very busy. There were lots of diners but maybe that should have been taken into account It would be good if restaurants offered smaller meals
