The restaurant had Great food & Best customer service ever. Overall really good. Staff were so friendly.

Terrible, would never go back. Most food on the menu was unavailable, this should have been made clear at the start of the meal. We placed orders, then we were told that there was no sushi or pizza. Took 15 minutes to pay as all the card machines had no charge.

Lovely decor. Very good service. Polite amd friendly staff. Delicious food. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning again. Thankyou for a lovely evening.

I am not pleasantly surprised, the menu is very poor, not as befits an Italian restaurant. The website says the menu is extensive, but in reality it turned out differently.

Food & drinks was incredible, I had the T-bone steak… venue is clean and picturesque! The music playlist is just wow. Great team thank you

They didn’t give us sources to the end of the food towards the end of the visit whilst we were still eating they was clearing our plates and put the new plates down when asked why this was happening. They said they’re doing it for the next Customer bearing in mind we were still eating. It was a work event as well. It was embarrassing never ever again.

Poor service. Took half an hour to get our drinks. Forgot to bring someone meal altogether, yet the restaurant was very quiet. Will not be returning. Atmosphere was like being in a morge, horrible music. Altogether not pleasant..

Worst dinning experience - It started by being sat at an empty dirty table and no reservation details were taken oddly. The waiter was polite but approached us 3 times in the space of 10 minutes to take our order we felt rushed to begin with. We were sat in a dark and cold room where there were blow heaters on but we couldn’t feel them. Time went by were we were waiting for our drinks and we were interrupted by a flow of traffic of people every few minutes, as they would need to walk through the room to reach the toilets such a poor setup. We asked to move tables but then found ourselves feeling colder? as there was a draft of cold air where they left the doors open. 40 minutes had passed and we had to ask where our drinks were. The manager approached us to inform us the

Lovely atmosphere staff where very welcoming and attentive... food was fab and so where the cocktails loved the decor... Loved that they had a dj playing such a good vibe thank you to the staff at the front desk... will definitely go again

Food was nice and the staff were very friendly, but it was freezing in the restaurant!! We’d go back though.

The service was extremely slow, we waited half an hour for our drinks and had to ask for them! When the food came it was cold and dry! When it came to paying the bill we had to go upto the reservation desk to pay as no one was around to ask for it…. I have to say we were very disappointed and for the price we paid it was a poor service all round. Wouldn’t recommend to my friends and family!!

Was a very good reception when first entered Sat us down quick the dining area was lovely. The server who name was Sue was excellent food was ok will be going back to try out the steak 😋
