Osaka Japanese Restaurant

There was a lovely atmosphere and most of the food was really tasty. We especially enjoyed the starters and raw fish. I wouldn't recommend the deserts though.

Friendly service. Fresh and well prepared gyoza, sushi and sashimi. Good selection and Decent value for money. First visit and very likely to return. .

I think this restaurant is under new management in recent months and the service and welcoming atmosphere has much improved. The food is excellent whether cooked Japanese or sashimi and sushi and is definitely one of our favourites in the area.

Food is always really good, so much choice of great food. Staff as super friendly :) very lucky to have this as a local. Highly recommended.

A welcoming cosy local neighbourhood restaurant that serves good Japanese and Korean food with a good selection of wine. We recommend the Prosecco that goes well with sashimi and sushi.

Great food again as always. Of course as usual we ordered too much (large sushi platter, which was fab) but they were more than happy to package up the remaining sushi into a take-away for for us...

Excellent range of choice of authentic dishes. Particularly the tempura. Only minor criticism was the texture of the Wasabi- seemed a little “stale” for my taste. And the bulgogi could habeen improved with better quality beef and cooked a little longer but that is probably a matter of personal taste!

Lovely restaurant and decor. We went on a Sunday evening and it was nice and peaceful. The food came out hot and there was a great choice of sushi rolls. We would recommend this restaurant and would definitely go back

A great find. The sushi was fresh and very nice whilst the chicken teriyaki hit the spot. Will be back again soon. Helps being just down the road too!

Service was very friendly and the food was very good. Chicken yaki udon is one of my favourites. The restaurant is spotless and we are always feel like valued customers.

Very slow service, but food arrived quickly after ordering and it was - as expected - very, very good. This is my 5th or 6th visit, and I recommend the food - though might be good to avoid busy Saturday nights...

Nice atmosphere, good food, excellent service. We loved the gyoza and the maguro tataki, excellent spider roll - not sure about the tori katsu curry.

Good variety of sushi and options for those who want cooked food, very friendly service. Consider making a booking if going at a popular time. We will definitely be going back.

Went out on a date to this restaurant. The food was well prepared and nicely cooked. Their service was acceptable, despite being a Japanese restaurant it was run by Koreans, so lacks a certain authenticity. Their speciality is sashimi, however I had the salmon, and she the prawns so I can only attest to their taste. All in all was a decent experience, recommend it.

Great food. Friendly service. A real gem in Worcester Park. Excellent sushi and interesting choice of specials - we tried the tasty pumpkin katsu curry.

Wonderful Japanese food in this small restaurant. My young boy and I loved it, though note it is more a place for families and friends rather than romantic couples (one couple entered & left put off by the noise - shame as they missed out on the superb food). Very helpful & friendly staff, and good value. Grab a loyalty card - oh and they do take away too. We're heading back later this week...

Fantastic evening had at Osaka. Really friendly staff and the food was excellent. The atmosphere for a midweek night was good, even though there were only 4 or 5 tables occupied. The best Japanese restaurant that I've come across in the KT area.

This local restaurant offers good food in a lovely setting. The service is warm and welcoming. My mate and I recently went for dinner on. Friday night. We shared prawn gyoza for starters, sashimi set B with a variety of fish and scallop, chicken teriyaki, soft shell crab roll with plain rice and a bottle of Sancerre. We were also offered complimentary miso soup, water, and half a nicely cut orange to fiinish. The meal (inc service charge) was £90 which was fairly good value for money.
