Never to there... Seriously. Service awful, portions miniscule, and the place is freezing

First time visiting. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They got our order slightly wrong, but rectified it quickly. Unfortunately, due to an emergency beyond our control, we had to leave half way through the meal and ask for the food to be boxed up. This was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. We'd love to go back for the full experience as we were enjoying the environment and the food (which was lovely, even after it had gone cold).

It's great to have a really good, local Italian restaurant within walking distance to the house. Good food, good value for money and friendly service and a menu that is just the right size.

Our first time to Osteria Otello, it was fantastic. Great service, great food and GREAT wine! Would highly recommend. We will be coming back :)
