Great service , lovely staff . Went on the £1 per ounce deal ! Been many times to the Worcester ounce also . Only thing I will say , the last few visits here the steak has not been as tender as it used to be ! .

Lovely friendly staff who were very polite , we came on a recommendation from our friends who were not wrong ! The meal was absolutely amazing and very tasty , will be coming again soon

Very accommodating as the couple joining us for lunch we’re 30 minutes late due to flooding. Just a few pointers, the sources, mint and horseradish, arrived without tea spoons to serve. The wine that we ordered was just put onto the table, with the tops still unopened so we didn’t get asked to taste the wine. Does this happen when their is a cork involved !! Otherwise it was a very enjoyable afternoon. Rgds To all PB

Stupidly busy and overheated restaurant area, service response poor but staff very polite

Most of our group of 5 were happy with their choices but I was disappointed with my rib eye. Too fatty and sinewy.

Great food & ambiance. Will be going back at some stage.

Food was fantastic a bit disappointed that we were kicked off our table and just left to stand with the drinkers a little bit sloppy and not what you expect when you’ve spent £200 +

The one staff member was rude and has been the last 3 times Ive attended, I asked for my steak medium rare and once again it was rare, way too much blood on my plate, I won’t come here again

Arrived early, waited few minutes to be seated, ordered drinks and food, all cooked perfectly. Nice friendly staff as always. Restaurant clean and tidy.

The food was expensive for the amount and quality poor. The noise level was too high as we could not hear any of our party of four speak.
