Whilst we accept that Tuesday nights are busy, our anniversary evening was totally ruined by the location of our table from which we were not offered an alternative. It was at the bottom of the stairs and the last table before the bar for incoming diners. It was like Clapham junction with gangs of incoming diners queuing up right next to our table with their coat sleeves almost in our food. Plus the never ending traffic of waitresses going up and down the stairs with food. On the credit side the food was amazing. If we book again it will not be on line but by personal visit so that we may avoid the table allocation that we suffered tonight. Beware !

The food was good/ ok but I just don’t think it was worth the money that it cost. I wouldn’t rush back due to value for money issue.

Took the mother in law and she loved it just as much as we always do. There was a little delay in service.

Everything was perfect, not yet had a bad steak! So tender and melted in your mouth - delicious! Sarah the Manager was very welcoming and ran a very busy restaurant very well. Very enjoyable evening and hubby liked that you had both Aspels and Jeremy Clarkson's cider on draught - great choices!

Food was amazing! Steak was cooked to perfection , definitely the best stake house around I would say better than miller and carter, it just a table right by the door was not great as every single time door opened up 🆙 t was very gold draft on the back but would not fault the food 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We were sat upstairs as our originally allocated table was still occupied. Atmosphere better downstairs, a little drafty upstairs but food was very good. Disappointed that the meal doesn’t now include a Parmesan salad - just a small lettuce garnish

Very busy, but great service once again and the steak was probably the best I’ve had here .

We specifically asked for 16oz steaks whilst pointing at the 16, however 10oz steaks was given to us. When they were notified they had to ask the manager and the manager said they can’t do anything about it. Ivan the bartender is so friendly and has asked us how everything was, none of the girls asked how we were doing. Ivan was great regardless if we already know him. Will dine again but maybe staff need to maybe just listen a little more, this was my FIRST TIME dining here.

We had an incredible dining experience at The Ounce Worcester! The steak was absolutely amazing – cooked to perfection and bursting with flavuor. The steam was incredible - you can not beat it. My sister had the burger- ultra fresh and you could taste the fresh herbs. Value for money.

The food was awesome I loved my steak. However who ever allocated the seating arrangements needs to have a look as there was at least 6 people walked out. The manager did her best. But way to many customers for your venue.

This being my fourth visit to the ounce as always the food and service and value for money are exceptional, the lunch burgers are totally gorgeous probably the best burger I’ve had and the rest of my group say the same!
