Absolutely amazing experience from begining to end. All do the staff were smiling and knew when to approach and when to leave us be. Staff were very knowledgeable in the product they were delivering and were great. The food was absolutely amazing, I found myself eating really slowing so that I could really savour the meat. Brilliant visit and we will 100% be returning.

The steak was so tender and tasty and cooked perfectly to our liking. The skin on fries and seasoned salad that accompany the steak were also very tasty. We had a side of cauliflower cheese which was also very good, everything was so delicious! The host was very friendly and looked after us very well. Everything was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening and can’t wait to go again!

Steak cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere and good to see they have a wide range of alcohol free drinks at the bar.

Attended today with a good friend. We both copied each other and had the £1 per ounce and 20oz. Always cooked to fine perfection and accompanied by Butchers Jus. Today, the jus appeared to be more thicker than usual. I thought it wouldn’t work but it did. Dessert. I chose the cheese cake with salted caramel ice cream. Prices have risen by a few quid but worth every penny. Lush. Booked again for next month👌🏽

This was our first visit for Sunday lunch and we all loved it. It's more expensive compared the their weekday offers, but the food was delicious.

We love going for the pound an ounce deal on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and we enjoy it every time.

A late booking after coming out of the cinema fit us both in. Sweet. A lovely warm atmosphere here today, perfect as it was bitter cold outside. Staff on fine form,food served in good time and I chose the Sunday butchers board. It’s gone up £2 but still regarded as my favourite Sunday roast. Perfectly cooked roast beef, perfect balanced gravy and delicious veg. Words can’t describe how much I love the food here. Back again soon

Unfortunately, the menu was not available on the day. They were only doing a valentines special however their website did not relay this information. I rang a total of 11 times before anyone answered.

Totally amazing as it always is. We will be returning. The staff are really friendly, the steak was cooked to perfection and the sides we ordered were mouth watering.

Food was great, wine was great, service was great. Unfortunately, the table was located in a thoroughfare so I kept getting knocked as people walked through.

The food was good but service was slow, considering we went early, 5.30 the staff were slow at coming to us , once ordered the food did come quick, also sat by the constant popping door so was cold. And finally it was very expensive so would be returning.

We were taken to our table when we arrived which was right by window upstairs. I mentioned to 3 staff members that it was cold by the window. One said she will see if she can get a heater, 2 other staff members said they will ask for heating to be put on. This didn’t happen so I stayed in my coat. 😞There was plenty of other available tables at the time, so they could have moved us. It took along time to get our drinks, others came in and were served before us, asking waiter we were told they mislaid our order. It also took a very long time for staff to take our food order, we eventually called staff over to us. We did stay for dessert because we were cold. Main meal food was very good.

Service was slow and they kept forgetting to bring drinks. Food was nice however steak was very cold once served.
