Absolutely lovely - my medium to well steak was just that whereas occasionally has been over cooked. Lovely evening

Great as always but the server took our order but didn’t write it down hence forgetting our bread as starter! Came out shortly after the main and deducted from the bill but was looking forward to a starter as the food comes so quickly it didn’t feel like a relaxed lunch

Very friendly staff , but we were left waiting a little longer than was ideal to order our food , no one asked if we wanted more drinks , we asked for mayo when our food arrived, then had to ask again as it didn’t arrive , saying all that Ounce is my favourite restaurant in Worcester and I will always make allowances .

Food, drinks and service were superb. Only 1 mark off due to having a slightly cramped table at the bottom of a busy staircase which I understand due to the place being so busy. Already booked to go again and can't wait, just hoping to get a bit luckier with seating next time

Fantastic service friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble, steak cooked just how I asked for it.

Lovely meal and attentive service. Paying for the option of a salad which previously came with the meal seems a bit tight though.

Great staff. Really good service. Only one small thing - my son had a 22 ounce steak and asked for it to be medium. Because the steak was so thick it was more rare. We didn’t say anything. Apart from that food was delicious.

10/10. We keep on coming back to the ounce bar

This is the first time that I’ve dropped marks for my favourite restaurant. I brought my parents for their 1st Ounce visit. Food was incredible and the best I’ve ever tasted. Sauces were again perfect. Many sides that included mushrooms and seasonal asparagus. Yes! Perfect food. Unfortunately, we were severely let down by service as clearly our usual floor manager was not working. Greeted at first and told that our table is still in use, wait by the bar and get a drink we were told. With my parents and wife present, we stood there for 10 min and appeared invisible. Half of the bar was covered in used glasses and there were 4 staff scrambling around to get drinks for tables in waiting and appeared carnage and no order. A big let down for Ounce but redeemed by phenomenal food. I’ll still return in hope that the manager reads this review and makes changes.

The steaks we had were just great,cooked to perfection and amazing value for money .. Went on a Tuesday £1 an ounce ,couldn't ask for better ..service was great too 😁..thankyou for a lovely evening .maybe just one little thing would of been nice to have just a little greenery on the side ! 😉

The best roast beef I’ve ever had at a restaurant but unfortunately the roasties had been cooked with a blowtorch! 🤣 Yorkshire puds made up for it and the staff were fab as always.

Was a lovely steak just some confusion with our order so ended up waiting a hour for it.

First time at ounce and won't be the last,had roast beef that melted in ur mouth, was so tasty, veg and pots were all cooked nice,also good to have proper gravy 😋 would highly recommend this place, complement to the chef,can't wait to go back 😀

This is the first time I’ve had a lunchtime meal at Ounce and wondered if the experience would be similar to previous busy evenings. It didn’t disappoint - the steaks were as good as ever and my dining friend who was visiting Ounce for the first time loved it!

Everything was ok but the chips were really salty. All the salt sank to the bottom of the container that I could not finish them
