Lovely staff, too many tables too close together, hard seating with cushions that constantly slipped through onto the floor.

The best steak in Worcester will never go anywhere else!

Food was nice, but not as good as everyone raves about. Waiting time for the main course was longer than I would expect, especially as there was only one other table.

Very Good service, and very good food. Unfortunately we were sat by a large group of men, who's language wasn't very nice and they were very loud.

Good steak with crevettes, cooked to perfection. Cost of drinks and wine towards the higher end for what you can get elsewhere so do not expect a cheap night out. Overall an enjoyable visit and would go again.

We wanted somewhere to book with friends visiting from Manchester - as foodies we knew ounce would be idea!! 4 adults and 3 children and you didn’t disappoint - your team were ideal - has the table at the front, kids loved it and friends went away talk g about the amazing burger every time we speak

Third time lucky as they say. The food was amazing as usual the only thing that annoyed me slightly is the table we were given. It was a round table at a bench with a chair the other side and my partner was sat at a funny angle whilst I was constantly pulling my chair in and out to let people past but other than that no faults at all .

Great atmosphere and attentive staff. Good value for money. Food very tasty. The butchers choice on Wednesday is very smart choice! It is a good idea to prebook as it’s a small restaurant and very popular.

Food was fab as the last time I was there, we sat upstairs which was nice & cosy the atmosphere was nice but when the music was put on the portable speaker it was a bit loud. Staff helpful & friendly. Certainly will be returning

Nice and cosy settings. Greeted by friendly bar staff and a nice atmosphere. Waitress served us pretty quickly and the food arrived cooked to our requirements. Great tasting food at the right price! Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Beautiful food and such great value, especially on the pound and ounce offer, wine was awesome too! Couldn’t fault it and will definitely be back soon!

Whilst the food when we eventually got it was very nice. The half hour wait for our table last night was not really acceptable when we booked on line for 8 pm. There were also people who came in after us at least 3 parties that were seated before which rubbed salt into the wound. No apology for the wait either. Guilty of trying to fit in too many covers on their very popular offers evening maybe. Serving staff however very pleasant. Will return because the steaks are good

Very busy on arrival - kept informed about our table and what was happening. Great service when at table, food excellent and value for money. Fully recommend. We will be returning soon.

Best value steak around considering how nice it was. The Roquefort sauce and creamy spinach was also delicious. Decent choice of beers/wines and nice dessert also.
