Ounce At Worcester

Food was good, seating area cramped, no ambience, pretty mediocre.

Amazing food with a lovely atmosphere. First time visiting Ounce, and everything was brilliant! Definitely will be back

Took the family for a birthday celebration, 5 steaks all cooked exactly as we ordered, and delivered very quickly. Excellent throughout.

Just outstanding service. Amazing warm welcome , didn’t wait long to order , food came in good time ! The steak was unbelievable and cooked to perfection !! Now feeling ridiculously full . Can’t wait to go back 🙌🏻

We had a wonderful evening. It’s my husband’s birthday so we wanted a special treat and Ounce delivered. The restaurant was buzzing, the staff were attentive and friendly and we got chatting to other diners who were also having a wonderful evening. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be back!

First time visitor celebrating a birthday. The service was good, but not particularly friendly. A nice atmosphere and good seating. The food - chicken lunch and two steaks - were excellent but the side salad was actually a garnish. We would have ordered a larger portion had we known.

Simple review..you want the best Sunday roast? Ever? This is the place. Excellent beef cooked just perfect accompanied by amazing veg and perfect gravy to pour in to superb Yorkshire Puds. Devine.

Great atmosphere on an extremely busy Thursday evening and amazing food as always. Staff very busy but still took the time to check everything was ok several times and a 2 minute chat whilst we were paying the bill.

The place was packed to the rafters when we walked in on Sunday afternoon so we took that as a good sign! We were seated very quickly and our drinks order was taken. We were given plenty of time to peruse the menu, the food took a little longer than we would have liked to arrive but is was worth the wait. I had the Sunday lunch which had a vast array of beautifully cooked veg, delicious roasties and a really rather large Yorkshire pudding. My husband had a rib eye which is his favourite cut. We also indulged in some scrumptious desserts. We noticed that the staff work non-stop, there's no standing around and chatting because they just don't have time. There was a mix of table sizes, some large and quite loud and others smaller and quieter which we thought created a really nice fun atmosphere. Overall great value and we'll be back for Sunday lunch again.

Food was lovely, but considering it was my birthday night out meal, which i made them aware beforehand, no effort was made by the staff to make any personal touches and wish me a happy birthday. Therefore the overall customer experience from my experience was lacking and I wont be going again
