Service was first class, attentive but not over bearing. The food was superb, perfectly cooked, correct temperature and beautifully presented.

Although the food at this restaurant was first class. The service during our lunchtime visit was very poor. It took almost a hour for us to receive our first course and the staff we could see although pleasant enough, were too often on their phones. The restaurant itself was quite chilly and diners were all put close together in the entrance area.

Firstly, the food. Amazing. Nothing left to say about it! Sadly, the only downer was the table we were sat at. Adjoins the staff station and as it was our 20th Anniversary, we felt it was a little impersonal. The staff were not an issue, but just bad placing of the table. Thanks again for the food though, already looking at booking again!

Fabulous new menu for this spring , so much to choose from, we went for the crab and duck starters and they were just divine, we both had the beef (extra charge with the groupon but so worth it) and it just melted in the mouth. Service wonderful as always and food just divine. Can’t fault this place at all .

The food was really good and the service excellent. However, we don't like a service charge to be applied to the bill we like to offer our own.

always good, but considering this is about our 30th visit, there is nothing to distinguish it as a regular client from our first visit. ever.

We were most surprised it was our first experience eating at Paris. Although we booked a late lunch booking there was a good atmosphere. The food was excellent and well presented with mouth watering flavours.

This is a one rosette restaurant therefore has to shine out from average. Polite waiting stuff, their kindness above average. I might suggest to develop their knowledge regarding drinks and consistency for cocktail making. Pay attention to details, such as paint walls where it's damaged. King and queen chairs overlooking the back of the bar which is not a pleasant view. Fish were good, but the chickpea garnish not very well executed. Desserts been very good. Restaurant design is extremely eclectic. Mix and match of the Thai flowers with the Barbie style king and queen chairs. I would keep the comfy normal chairs and nice tables anywhere. Sometimes the less is more. Music in the bar isn't great at all. No doubt about the goodwill but plenty to work on. The 224 pounds is bit rich for the experience, but understandable regarding todays expenses. Don't give up, work on details and be the firs two rosette restaurant in Nottingham City center. This was our first visit to Paris on a quite Thursday Lunch so not many people dining. Overall the experience was very pleasant, staff attentive and helpful without being intrusive. Will definitely go back probably in the evening when a busy environment.

The starter and main were ok, there wasn't a lot of choice from the Christmas menu. The dessert, panna cotta was really nice, perfect. It was a busy restaurant, and normally at Christmas time it can be really noisy and the service poor, but it was really good at Paris.

Very good meal - I have to go back so I can try each of the starters....all sound amazing. Also a few more mains I want to try. Staff very attentive and a good buzz in the restaurant.
