Just got back from a team Christmas lunch - first time eating here and we'll definitely be back - great food , venue and service

First visit. A very enjoyable experience. I will gladly recommend to friends.

Food was really poor. Three of us had the terrine which was tastelesss and three of us had the turkey breast 'bourguignon... with a red wine jus'. Frankly it was just rolled up slices (as off a meat slicer) made to look pretty with some pieces of green veg. It was also fairly cool but I'm not keen on that sort of thing being reheated anyway. Not much point complaining as it wasn't a one off, as all three were the same so it was obviously the norm. We were meeting up for a reunion so didn't want to spoil it. Just wish Bistrot Pierre hadn't been fully booked. House wine, red and white was fine and service was friendly.

We enjoyed a lovely meal. It was all delicious and the service was good. The area for improvement is definitely the Ladies’’ Loos. There were 3 cubicles, one of which was locked, though apparently empty, and the other 2 didn’t flush properly - the water in the bowl surged up and was close to overflowing.

Had an amazing night! Food was wonderful. Barry our waiter was great fun x

Very nice venue and atmosphere. Unfortunately, my main dish was really poor. Very tough and dry turkey and the whole dish was barely warm.

The food and the setting were really good and lovely . The service wasn’t the best and we didn’t realise would be eating off the Christmas menu so we were restricted to what we could eat..

The ambience was lovely. The food was ok, not as good as Petit Paris. The waiter seemed very serious, just eager to take our plates away & get on with taking our next order. We felt rushed!

Very nice place to eat, very different to Petit Paris, this have an amazing foods, it’s cool and trendy style restaurant. Now I have choice either Petit Paris for Classic style or cool and trendy style restaurant. Both have equally amazing foods.

The place overall is lovely and the food amazing. Waiting time on drinks was the only thing that let it down.

Lovely surrounding and service very good. Main course - vegan feta and tomatoes - needed some other flavours - not enough variety in the flavours hence left some of the dish. HOWEVER good to see vegan and vegetarian options in a French restaurant.

Great atmosphere, food was good, but not typically French food.

A busy night and our table was at the front of the restaurant which meant people were constantly walking past either side of the small table so a bit hectic and distracting. Surprised there was no bread basket on offer and the only potato dish on the side orders was chips. The chocolate mousse was served with just a spoon but really needs the traditional dessert cutlery of a spoon and fork to tackle it elegantly. A few tweaks, attention to detail and better customer focus and this would be a fabulous restaurant but not quite hitting the mark yet.

Pre-Christmas menu, good choice of food. Staff helpful, fairly quiet for Thursday lunchtime, but still some atmosphere

What a lovely experience all the staff we so happy and friendly and exceptionally helpful, the atmosphere is relaxed bright light ( although no windows) typically spring in Paris. The food was very well presented and tasted divine. We all enjoyed our different meals and would definitely return .

The service was poor to say it was only 5.30pm and the service was still poor when we left at 7.30pm. The staff had no idea when asked about the food. No where as good as the sister restaurant.. we will not be coming again.

What a fantastic place! Great decor, friendly staff. Amazing food! Only gripe is the hot tap in the gents didnt work, but this is no reflection on the food or service. I will definitely be going back again

Ok meal , perhaps wrong choice for me. Ambiance good. Service good. But needs to provide better customer service on social media etc to return messages left not very good customer service for bookings and enquiries. Prefer Petit Paris if I'm honest.

Food and service were good although the desserts were disappointing.

Lovely food and setting, we had a mix up on a few of our dishes so we was left waiting for parts of our dishes to come. Service was a bit hit and miss depending on who served you.

I had the Rib Eye steak - cooked how I asked but it was a little tough - Heritage salad was fab. Wine was good and reasonably priced

Visited for lunch today with two friends, beautiful decor, relaxed atmosphere. Camembert starter was gorgeous, my rib eye steak was tender and perfectly cooked. Service was quick without being rushed, staff were not intrusive but there quickly when required. Good value for money for really good food and surroundings, £43.00 each for 2 large glasses of wine, 2 courses and a cocktail each. I would thoroughly recommend and we wil all be returning with various different friends, I will return with my husband.

thought the staff were unprofessional. Our coats weren't taken from us at the table. We ordered wine and our starters came before the wine and when I asked about the wine the waitress was pretty offhand.
