The food came out at just the right time, the taste was amazing. The staff were attentive as well as friendly. Best Thai Resturant Hands Down
Everything was first class from the welcome and service to the extensive menu and beautifully cooked delicious food. We look forward to returning very soon.
Great food and excellent service. The restaurant has been tastefully refurbished and even the downstairs area has a good atmosphere and pleasant ambience. Always a good experience.
Brilliant food and reasonably priced for a business lunch. Best Thai Green Chicken Curry I've had! Service was excellent. Will hopefully be back soon enough.
Food ok but unmemorable. Given high price should have been much better. The starter platter for two cost £26, expensive for ok sample of various starters. Main course of just 5 prawns and large number of green beans overpriced. Only the fillet beef in red curry sauce stood out as justifying the price.
Delicious! Wonderful cocktails and excellent food. The corn fritters were out of this world, but to be honest so was everything else. Definitely coming back sometime soon.
Fantastic food and wonderful service. I highly recommend the chicken green curry. First time I have been to this restaurant although I have been many times to the sister restaurant on Greek St and this is just as fabulous.
As always, great food and sympathetic service. Tables are far enough apart to be intimate whilst still maintaining the buzzy atmosphere. My favourite branch of Patara.
Excellent service and customer service received by Napoleon and his team. The welcome we always receive makes us go back time and again. Food was exceptional as always from the starters to mains to dessert.
Perfect experience apart from one waitor brought a wrong course and another had to remove it from the table. Apart from that, the service was excellent and the food was amazing. I would 100% visit again.
Relaxed atmosphere, attentive service and excellent cuisine (the satay was wonderful) made this well worth the visit. Patara is a gem tucked away off Regent's Street.
Awesome service and amazing food! Highly recommend the duck curry with lychees and tomatoes, as well as the pad Thai with a lobster tail. Outstanding!!
Lovely food and service will definatley go back again!! They also suprised my wife as it was her birthday and i thought that was a really nice gesture
Great restaurant nice decor. The food arrived quickly and the service was good. Would come here again next time we are visiting London in the future
Taste of Patara is an excellent, value for money deal. The service was exceptional and the décor and environment was really elegant. Loved it, had a wonderful time.
The food at Patara is always good and service is reliable as always. The restaurant gets a little warm in winter when the heater is on, but is overall a comfortable restaurant to dine in.
The food is very nice, it's a bit pricey but worth it. The staff are friendly especially Napoleon who is very accommodating. It was a nice experience.
Very nice place, delicious food and professional staff. Nice wine menu as well. I'v been there 8 years ago, and i was already happy. Nothing has changed
I really enjoyed the food. The chicken curry was delicious. The ambient is very pleasant and the staff was polite. Great place for work lunch.
It was ok ... a bit pricey even by London standards ... would not rush back sorry to say ... staff very attentive food average
Dined here for the first time on recommendation from my brother in law for my wife's birthday and everything was brilliant. Amazing service! Great tasting food and very attentive staff! I will definitely dine here again :)
Great food and service. We have been coming here and various branches for years and we have never been disappointed. The service is always attentive.
WE arrived earlier than our booked time, but they were pleased to welcome us. When booking I had requested a quiet table as I am deaf and also have hyperacusis. The maitre d' acknowledged my request and showed us through to a table which they had put in an alcove by the window away from the other tables. It was absolutely ideal. We had two gorgeous cocktails to start. I can thoroughly recommend the passion fruit caipirinha , which was just the right balance of sweet and sharp, with a good kick of chahaca to boot. My daughter enjoyed her lychee martini too. We opted for the set menu for two and were not disappointed. Highlights included the most succulent and flavourful chicken satay, and deliciously savoury prawn salad, and some very cute little flower shaped dumplings . And also mustn't forget to mention the fish cakes. All were served with accompanying dipping sauce, peanut sauce and a thai version of bbq/hoisin sauce. And that was just the starters. We had declined the soup, so went straight on to the main courses. The table was heaving with an array of dishes including a chicken and aubergine curry, the most delicately cooked sea bass in a light batter, stir fried vegetables with just the right amount of crunch, a slow cooked fragrant beef dish and sticky rice. We also ordered a Pad Thai as this is my daughter's favourite dish. We had way too much food, but it was so delicious we did our best to eat as much as we could. It would have been nice to have slightly longer between the mains and the dessert, but this didn't disappoint. The chocolate pudding turned out to be a fondant, absolutely oozing with delightful chocolate sauce, and accompanied with a tasty raspberry coulis and some vanilla ice-cream. So despite being full, I managed to find a space to fit it all in.
I regularly have lunch at Patara Maddox Street and I have always had a good experience. The food and the service is consistently good, which is a sign of quality.
Great location. Lovely décor and pleasant ambience. The food was really tasty, fresh and beautifully presented. The service was really good and we didn't have to wait long to get served. Would definitely go back!
The wait staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was very good. All in all we enjoyed our choice and dinner at Patara. I'll be back.
Great night .... Service was great, food was good. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. We had a slight issue with our umbrella, which is very minor bur the management was outstanding in resolving the matter.
Warm welcome - good food and excellent wine. Service was impeccable - this is the third visit of our Supper Group. A very good evening.
It was not my first visit to this restaurant and, like all the other times, they did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the staff very attentive and there was a great ambiance. Great for special occasions!
Very good quality of food, with lot of choices for vegetarians and lovely atmosfere. The service was really kind and accurate, the flavours fresh and tasty
Great food and excellent service Staff attentive and there is a great atmosphere. Vape for money and also extensive wine list See will certainly return.
Great food, good waiting service and a lively atmosphere - we will be returning soon to try some of the other dishes on the menu
Affordable fine dining with excellent quality. Friendly astmosphere with a very good service. No issue with booking. Took ample time to explain menu prior to taking the order. 7 persons.
it was a nice experience. Good service and also great food. Highly recommended to those who like to experience nice Thai food or happen to be around the area.
For us this is always a "must visit" when we're down from Edinburgh and this weekend was as good as ever. The scallops in lime and chilli starter were succulent Kings, the Tom yum with prawns excellent and I would recommend anyone try the stewed beef in coconut milk, not spicy just amazing. ......and a superb Chenin Blanc for £22, can't wait to return!
Ambient and cozy atmosphere! Very good presentation of dishes and amazing flavours. Excellent service and very good value for money. I would definitely recommend it!

Food above average compared to most Thai chains in London, but also more expensive. Veggie side dishes cost what main veggie dishes cost elsewhere. However, I did enjoy the veggie dishes - with nice amounts of garlic and chilli.
The food was supper, and the service was perfect, I love the interior as well , I always choose Patara every time I visit London
Had a lovely evening, food and wine was great . Great service however, would have preferred a table upstairs . We had booked it a week in advance so was hoping an upstairs table.
