This is the best sushi I’ve had in London so far! I moved here from California, where 8/10 times, even the super cheap fast food type sushi will be decent. I found that is NOT true for London, and we got to be a bit more discerning! The rice at Pham was cooked perfectly, and the fish was perfectly fresh! I highly recommend the Samurai roll. I got that, the salmon truffle (objectively really good but was a bit too strong on truffle flavor for me, im sure someone else would love it!), and an Asahi. The price was great, especially for the quality, and I’ll definitely be going back :) i recommend making a reservation because it does get busy quite fast after opening.
