Great food, fun atmosphere. It was lively but not too loud. Fast service but the waiter didn’t listen carefully enough to what we said and missed things off. Otherwise, a good meal

Food was OK but bland nothing special back to hardrock in future sorry to say think for the money it could have been much better and when u complain u get no response at all

Great service, food and atmosphere, love looking out for film artifacts, all within a central location for theatres. Really welcome money off vouchers for families too.

IT IS WORTH A VISIT FOR THE MEMORABILIA, NOT FOR THE FOOD! There are various interesting memorabilia to see but the quality of food is definitely under expectations. While the burger and chips were quite good, the fish (fish and chips) and the non alcoholic cocktail were very bad. We did not even finish them. The service was overall kind and flexible as they took the cocktail off the bill.

Dirty toilets, food ok , used to be a lot better , not much too see any more , bad service , served my main while I was still eating starter

Empty despite we weren’t allowed to book before 22:00, more than one hour to get incomplete and disapointing food, staff starting to remive HALLOWEEN decorations at 11 pm...

A great place, good food, good atmosphere and Hollywood themed artifacts but the drinks seemed expensive at nearly £4 for a glass of diet coke. Very good overall.

Food was good quality. Fajitas better than Chimichangas! The rest of my family were more than happy with their meals too. Staff were friendly and service was good. Decent price for a themed central London restaurant!

Although we had good service and the food was plentiful, there seemed to be something missing. It would have been helpful if the menu stated what ingredients were in dishes instead of the onus being on the customer to ask. This wastes time, especially when the restaurant is busy.

I remember Planet Hollywood being one of the best restaurants experiences when it first opened. Today it is below average!!! Food was average, service was ok.

Tge staff were lovely and service was fast. The food is goodand well presented. Well worth the money. It was also very interesting to look around

Very good service but they charge you service on everything you buy without giving you the option to decline it but spoke to the manager and he waviered the service charge which by the way was £42.59 cos we did spend £590 we bought drinks separately and didn’t realise we were being charged service charge but was to late. anyway other than that we had a great evening

Great choice of food,including vegetarian, all food was delicious and good size portions. Staff friendly. Decor interesting. Only reason not all stars was service slightly slow at times.

Great food, brilliant atmosphere and extremely attentive and helpful, friendly staff. My son is autistic and the lovely lady and her trainee were very patient and kind, dealing with him directly as opposed to through us, his parents. Will be definitely be back!

The meal was great, the service was great, seemed a fun place to eat or celebrate. But the noise from the sound system was just too much... music, movie clips, etc. The volume doesnt need to be so high when there are a lot of people already there enjoying and maki g their own noise as well.

The restaurant was nicely decorated, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by very friendly staff who checked my booking and showed me to my table. My waiter quickly took my order and he was very friendly and proffesional throughout my visit. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I would certainly visit again.

Ristorante particolare dedicato al cinema, ottimo cibo e servito con rapidità, sconsigliato a chi piace un ristorante silenzioso, la musica é un po' altina,ma non guasta, visto l'ambiente.

My reservation was not on the list so we had to wait for a table. The staff was extremely nice. I like the NYC PH more but this one is nice, good food, prices are OK for London.

I had lunch with my grandchildren. Service was very good score top marks. The children's food was very good and very large portions, drink & dessert was very good value. I was disappointed with my macoroni in several cheeses with blackened chicken. Chicken didn't have any particular flavour, there wasn't any creamy sauce nor was there any macoroni, it was pasta. My fault I know for not saying something. The reason for lower marks - I was disappointed with the decor - I was under the impression there would be lots of memorabilia and manikins. There were very few and it just seemed like an ordinary American diner.

Great Food, Fantastic service and good value, I am always surprised by the poor quality of memorabilia on display and how it was displayed, but apart from that my family likes to visit whenever we are in London.

The atmosphere was great. The staff were fantastic with the kids. The food was delicious and the portions were generous and the cocktails were yummy and reasonably priced Lookin forward to our next visits.

Great food and atmosphere. Also dealt with an issue we had really well, great customer service in the end. Waitress was brilliant. Food portions really big, as you'd expect.

Buffalo wings starter was great . Mac ‘n’ cheese burger was so-so. Plenty of food but burger had odd texture, like it was more of a paste than mince, and was completely tasteless. Music was loud, which is OK, but don’t expect to have a conversation with your fellow diners.

Very good staff, talkative and friendly. Huge portions. Great fun and value for money. Ribs fall off the bone. Would come again and recommend to try

Visited 4th Aug 7pm. Staff were very good, great atmosphere with good music videos playing. Service was excellent and the food was awesome. Def recommend and will be back later in year. Andy & Vicky

For central London, and a big chain, this place is a massive let down. Food was ok, but dark, cramped and poorly upkept make it not worthwhile.
