Friendly environment and staff, busy day but everyone's order came in no time, well organised and the food tastes really good, big portions, thank you
Très beau décor. De belles assiettes bien garnies. Une très bonne ambiance ! Notre serveur était très agréable ! Merci à lui ! Toilettes en bon état. Bonne musique ! Très bon moment passé !
Loud and brash with overpriced average quality food. Not a pleasant experience even for my teenage granddaughter. We left disappointed after a very average experience
Friendly staff. We were there as they opened so got a great table. Service slowed down as it got busy but we weren't rushed. Only niggle was service charge applied automatically and we were only a group of 4 but this is a company thing and not the staff who were great.
Friendly staff but food was very basic and the waitress didn’t know the menu very well. Upstairs was grubby and unkept with bare walls and pipe work showing
Arrived a bit early but was able to wait in the bar area until our table was ready. Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble even though it was very busy. Food was delicious. Only slight complaint, 12.5% service charge already added so you feel bad if you knock it off. I always tip according to my experience so don’t like being told how much!
Had a great time at this restaurant. We were just two but it could have been just as good with a big group. Good food, good service. I would come back again especially with kids.
Really fun and Great atmosphere for the kids and all the family. I would recommend it, especially at this time of the year. Good food and menu.
Great ambience in the restaurant. Great cocktail selection. Food is good and the servings are generous. Music could be a little loud at times but seem to vary depending on what was being played.
We came to celebrate my son 15th Birthday And had a fantastic time. The food was good, the waters was very helpful and the music was unbelievably inter tainting. Thank you.
Walked in. Asked whether any of their food was halal. Was informed be an employee on the front desk that the Chicken was halal - but should check with the waiter. Asked the waiter the same question - the response was ‘errr what would you like?’ - had no clue whether they served any halal food.
Too loud and uncomfortable seating. We didn’t stay for food as there was no option to change seat away from the full volume of the speaker
The food was Lovely food the staff couldn’t be more helpful I would highly recommend this place to anyone I will be returning again soon
Too many tables crammed in ontop of each other - only ate a quarter of the burger as had 10 bits of gristle in it. They then had the cheek to add a discretionary 12.5% service charge - which I removed.
all hype no substance better around. Food was of low quality and over expensive. Don't waste your money and when they sing happy birthday to people it is cringe worthy.
Brilliant atmosphere loved the messages able to post a birthday message to my daughter which she loved. Staff were friendly and sang happy birthday to her, put a sparkler on her desert lovely touch. Great surroundings and atmosphere, food delicious loved it.
Slow service. Better to visit when not in a rush and DVD in background was too loud. Empty on a Tuesday night for a reason.
Hard Rock Café’s poorer brother? Lots of staff standing around, one of which walked around with her long hair loose. Not the greatest experience. Food was okay though. Dirty ladies room.
Service was disappointing, forgot kids drinks and eventually brought the wrong drinks., tv’s were playing inappropriate trailers for 5 o clock in the evening for children. Place was to loud to have a conversation around the table but this may appeal to others. I doubt I will go back.
The service was very poor. The fries were awful. The sandwiches were unattractive. It was our first visit and also our last. We certainly will not be returning.
Great food, fun atmosphere. It was lively but not too loud. Fast service but the waiter didn’t listen carefully enough to what we said and missed things off. Otherwise, a good meal
We had a good time good food good service.overall very good i would reccomend you to others. As very good value for money. I enjoyed the experience.
I booked a table for 5pm and wasn’t seated until 5.10pm, however service was fast and food was lovely. Would come again very soon, thanks
the staff was very nice and we had a warm welcome. The food was good but, to our point of view, the music was a little too loud.
Excellent service great atmosphere great food the waiter was friendly and very helpful we had an overall good experience today thank you for having us
Loved this place - great food - excellent service. Engaged staff all round and vibrant atmosphere- tick box for any occasion and palette - reasonably priced.
Food was OK but bland nothing special back to hardrock in future sorry to say think for the money it could have been much better and when u complain u get no response at all
Great service, food and atmosphere, love looking out for film artifacts, all within a central location for theatres. Really welcome money off vouchers for families too.
IT IS WORTH A VISIT FOR THE MEMORABILIA, NOT FOR THE FOOD! There are various interesting memorabilia to see but the quality of food is definitely under expectations. While the burger and chips were quite good, the fish (fish and chips) and the non alcoholic cocktail were very bad. We did not even finish them. The service was overall kind and flexible as they took the cocktail off the bill.
Dirty toilets, food ok , used to be a lot better , not much too see any more , bad service , served my main while I was still eating starter
Great atmosphere great food -telly experience was fun and kids really enjoyed being a star
Empty despite we weren’t allowed to book before 22:00, more than one hour to get incomplete and disapointing food, staff starting to remive HALLOWEEN decorations at 11 pm...
A great place, good food, good atmosphere and Hollywood themed artifacts but the drinks seemed expensive at nearly £4 for a glass of diet coke. Very good overall.
Food was good quality. Fajitas better than Chimichangas! The rest of my family were more than happy with their meals too. Staff were friendly and service was good. Decent price for a themed central London restaurant!
Although we had good service and the food was plentiful, there seemed to be something missing. It would have been helpful if the menu stated what ingredients were in dishes instead of the onus being on the customer to ask. This wastes time, especially when the restaurant is busy.
I remember Planet Hollywood being one of the best restaurants experiences when it first opened. Today it is below average!!! Food was average, service was ok.
Tge staff were lovely and service was fast. The food is goodand well presented. Well worth the money. It was also very interesting to look around
We had a great time. The food was delicious. The service and the people were fantastic! We would totally recommend it for your London experience.
Great food and atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. I would recommend anyone looking for place to eat to consider this restaurant. However book a table prior to arriving as it was very busy and seat availability was limited
Went for my daughters 16th and we had a Lovely time. Never am disappointed. Service was great and food was lovely. We will definitely come again
