Service was great and food generally very nice. Atmosphere good.

Our second visit, this time bringing friends with us, table booked for 9.15 ( would have preferred earlier] , got there early and was told that kitchen shuts at 9.45 and restaurant at 11.00, all fine. Food amazing, all good until the guy in the checked shirt left , then we asked for desert and were told very firmly that we couldn’t have any as kitchen was closed so we asked for another bottle of wine which was slammed on the table by a young woman with plaits. From then on we saw the KP’s bringing all the rubbish bags through the restaurant, tables around us and other diners being spayed with cleaners accompanied by filthy looks from the staff. The couple we were with run a successful restaurant and in previous years one had been FOH at the Dorchester , so they were not at all impressed . We asked for the service charge to be taken off the bill which of course resulted in more of the evils. It was such a shame as we previously loved it there but if they can’t accommodate diners at 9.15 then don’t allow them to book tables.

WAY too much salad dressing on my salad, and the tomatoes in the caprese skewers were clearly taken from the fridge (too cold and had lost some of the flavour) but atmosphere was nice and my friend said his pasta was great.

Orderd food at 545 arrived at 7pm they apologised they forgot Asked for bill 4 times

We booked for 3 and were there with 4 and had a great time! The food, service and atmosphere was just fantastic.

Very tasty excellent food, we will definitely come back soon. Especially for the potato and Parmesan croquettes and Italian sausage with lentil dish.

we had the ragu, 'ndjua arancni and the tiramisu and it was delicious, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

They place was great, really relaxed and fun atmosphere without feeling crazy - do note it was Sunday afternoon and not too busy. Staff are very friendly, service really good. Food was good, the stand out dishes for me were the mushroom steak, swordfish and courgette salad. My only comments/feedback would be that we would have liked all the dishes to arrive together, we waited a long time in between dishes with a very long wait on the last fish of prawns to the point we felt we had had enough and tried to cancel them.

Good service, great food and will definitely go again. Highly recommended.

Good food, good wine, good company. Nice buzzy atmosphere. Service was a bit slow and haphazard - depended on catching the waiter’s attention. I would go again and see if on a less busy day it is better.

Great food, great service, good atmosphere and didn’t feel hurried along on a Saturday lunchtime which was just what we wanted for a long overdue catchup with friends
