An excellent evening. Food was most enjoyable. Best calzone ever had - really… really nice. Sea bass was delicious. Lemon dessert was yummy. Awareness of coeliac / gluten free (pasta and other options available). Will definitely return.

Booked for 12pm arrived at 12 and were told to wait outside are party was 2 adults 2 children the youngest wanted to sit in a high chair as he couldn’t reach the table the waiter said he couldn’t serve us with the high chair we ordered meat balls which were cold not the best start to our afternoon out and won’t be returning

We all had something off the set menu for lunch and it was lovely. Plenty of choice and great presentation. No complaints from my friends at all. Enzo is brilliant and he looked after us really well. Definitely be back.

Would suggest that they warm crockery before serving pasta. The edges of my pasta were cold but the middle hot.

Service was slow but eventually our drinks were ordered. I had a mojito which had to be sent back. No flavour to it at all other than lime cordial taste. No ice in the glass & the very small amount of mint was more black than green. I was told they had no more mint left so had to order a different drink. Food was good….i had risotto which was creamy with a good texture. Son had a meatball calzone which he said was filling & flavourful & husbands pizza was also good. I had tiramisu to finish & it didn’t disappoint….delicious. Asked for the bill & paid cash. The waitress didn’t return with my change….i always tip but thought it presumptuous of her not to return with my change….if she had done I was going to leave more as there was only a little left after the bill was paid.

Pizzas and pizzettes were plentiful but bland. Lasagne was tasty. Boddingtons bitter, Moretti lager and pinot grigio wine all fine, however the bill was £24 too much with extras added that we did not order. Also query about Food Standards Agency mark 4 on door when recently reported as 1

Confusion with order leading to main courses arriving at different times. My main course (duck) was tasteless.

Went for a birthday meal for a small number of people and were treated brilliantly throughout the evening, nothing was too much trouble and we cannot wait to find an excuse to go back!

Have previously dined at the restaurant numerous times, even travelled from Stone to eat here and it has always been amazing. Today, not wowed and seemed just average. Not sure what has happened since my last visit.
