One of my favorite local Indian restaurants. Food is good, good value set lunch. Due to a technical fault my order wasn't sent to the kitchen so the waiting time was longer than usual.

Normally I don’t give a full marks on my first visit., but this time I was almost tempted.We booked a table for four at 4pm on Sunday.We’re the only quests there for 1 hour+ so we had full attention of the staff.Food was delicious, good choice of wine at reasonable prices and good beer.Despite food being delicious we couldn’t simply eat it all ,so the kind staff packed it for us to enjoy the rest at home.Total including 2 bottles of wine and beer came to just over £200 including service.We really enjoyed our time at Potli in Hammersmith and would like to come back in the evening to fully feel the atmosphere of the place.

Thursday night was busy and quite noisy. Food was ok for vegetarians, drinks and food was expensive. 3 diners, one drink each bill was >£180

Potli appears to have changed. The food is not as good, the service is ok. Worst of all is the new manager - who threw us off the table after 2 hours as it was ‘needed’. 5 free tables in the restaurant and no people waiting anywhere. I can no longer recommend this restaurant. There are better Indian restaurants nearby with much more welcoming service.

One of the best Indian restaurants in London. The chef proprietor is almost always on hand to keep things running smoothly and to chat with the customers. A great experience overall and should get a Michelin star.

Great food and service as always! Would like to see a bit more change on the menu maybe monthly specials or new regional dishes but that's only because we go there so often. Potli is always our first choice Indian in the neighbourhood.
