Very nice food and a perfect show. Only it was a bit short guys extend the show
An amazing performance . Really enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely recommend
Not knowing what to expect, the experience proved most entertaining. The venue was intimate and attractive in appearance. The service was exellent and the show delightfully ireverent. The choice available on the set menu could have been a little more adventurous and should avoid using as standard vegetables to which many are allergic or intolerant.(ie courgettes). An evening well worth repeating.
Good show and food's not bad. Can't help feeling a bit ripped off by the extras despite being told about them prior. You've got to remember its circa 12% of the pre discount price, because the price is inflated to allow for the discount it turns out to be a pretty pricey evening.
Food was good However it was a lightly packed space. Having had a birthday meal there we were actually put into a corner which made it difficult to see the acts. There was also a videographer constantly standing in the way of our table so not only were we blocked by the view we were blocked by him. The acts were good but the host was cringeworthy with him also getting a member of our female table up in a drinking game which then resulted in her being sick after. NOT something you ant after she just ate a meal. Overall poor.
My partner and i went to priveè for the burlesque show, we had a superb evening. The staff were lovely, food was fantastic and the entertainment second to none. I would definitely recommend to my friends :)
A good night out. Amusing entertainment, food was OK (all edible 3 x courses) . With the Amazon package deal this was good value for money bearing in mind it is a club in Knightsbridge. Wine was 20% above normal restaurant price but again it is a club in Knightsbridge. It is the second time we have been to the Privee and will go again sometime next year when the next package deal is available.
the food was great so the experience!!! for a quick night out, this is the place to go!! My girl and I enjoyed this experience
We were given the worst table in the venue so not a good start. The food was pretty revolting and the show was a good laugh in some parts but not what I was expecting at all. Nice to catch up with my mates but I can't recommend the place and would definitely not go again.
Really good fun night out Ideal for groups and the food was really lovely quite filling.
Great friendly service, fantastic food and good entertainment. Would have preferred more burlesque over the host talking but we thoroughly enjoyed our night.
Privee was a great night, an intimate setting, good drinks, good atmosphere, food was ok, entertainement was good. Definitey recommend.
Service charges £20 -not clear when booking -when we complaint we were offered free drinks.
Great fun! We had booked for the Burlesque evening but Thursday is Comedy night so slightly disappointed but still really enjoyed ourselves. Small intimate club with friendly service. Wine over-priced but cocktails good value.
Enjoyable evening , small intimate venue with reasonable food and a good atmosphere. Magic was good, dancers entertaining and the whole experience was good value.
The menu is too narrow a choice.. ended up having Salmon twice. The cocktails are ok but pleased they were £7 and not the advertised £14. The entertainment was brilliant! Made up for the rest of the evening. Not sure I would go again and really pleased I bought a voucher through Groupon and paid less than a quarter of the price!
We were a few minutes early. We were made welcome at once by staff and offered a seat and a table in the upstairs restaurant. We ordered a glass of wine. Very nice, only the house wine. When downstairs section was ready we went down and were seated at a table. For ordinary purposes not a bad seat, but my lady-friend is not quite 5ft tall and with people in front of us she would not have seen the cabaret. This was rectified at once. No problem. Excellent meal, first class cabaret. Wonderful start to my birthday weekend.
Fantastic service, excellent food, and wonderful entertainment. A fun night had by all for a special birthday .
Went to Privee on the 21st Nov 2014 as a couple as part of a Groupon Deal. Our experience can be summarised thusly: Good points +Enjoyable, ribald fun in the form of The Folly Mixtures, belly dancer and Compere +Pleasant three course meal +Wait staff were friendly Bad points +Poorly mixed cocktails (even at a half price rate of £7 a Dirty Martini should not taste predominantly of water!) +Surroundings lacked Finesse, looked unfinished (visible lighting wires etc) +Tables located very close to each other On balance our evening was enjoyable, HOWEVER, as mentioned above this was part of a groupon deal - had we paid the full advertised price I think we would have been very disappointed with the general quality tl;dr nice evening for the money, not worth it at full price
good food, attentive waiters/ waitreses, shame about the extortionate service charge
Good fun, very good food (although we opted to pay extra to have exactly what we wanted) the entertainment was not what we expected and was probably better for it. A very good night out.
Good atmosphere, expensive, small room. Funny and cozy. Thanks b
Absolutely atrocious. A seedy strip joint with mediocre food and overpriced drinks. Service abysmally slow. Need to be far more professional and we will never return.
Really good tasty and well presented meal. All the staff, especially the "boss", excellent. Efficient and friendly. The show was not as good as the burlesque show, but still a fun evening, with the 2nd half improving on the first half. Several people got fed up and left after the first half!
Fun place with great staff who are friendly and attentive. Show is a bit cheesy rather than classy
Fun evening out. Food and service good. Nice atmosphere. Show ok.
We had a great night. The venue was just perfect, the food was delicious if a little on the cool side and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. The Cabaret was lots of fun and highly entertaining. However I don't think they will be asking us back as my friend's boyfriend, Steve wanted to be on stage just a little bit too much!! It was extremely funny and toe curling all at the same time!! Couldn't ask for a better night out really.
Food was surprisingly nice, entertainment was great - the magic very good and the Bill Bailey-a-like singer (deep apologies, I can't remember the name) also funny, especially the Corporate rebranding song. Wine a bit pricy, and a relatively late finish, but worth it. Good work Dolores.
Welcoming staff, intimate space creating a sense of community, great food and entertainment
We visited using a groupon voucher and the food and service was excellent. It was also good value for money. However the burlesque show was lacking and didn't last as long as I had hoped.
Food is not good but the show is amazing .
Good night and entertaining. The food was okay but filling
Had a great time. The food and service was excellent.
Good venue, food was OK and the show was nice but nothing out of the extraordinary.
Very good food and excellent service. Great entertainment with a superb singer.
Staff are brilliant and very friendly. Had a laugh, great night
Had a fabulous evening at Privee, from the moment we were greeted we were made to feel welcome. We had the Taster Menu which was fabulous, very nice food indeed! The wine was a little pricey but that's London prices. The cabaret was very entertaining and the evening host was hilarious. The audience got involved which made it funnier. The overall service was faultless. We all had a thoroughly good night and would definitely recommend Privee. Good fun, Good food and Good night!
overall it was a lovely evening with good food and good show but the service change is very high .
Very good offers, fantastic hotels / destinations at a very reasonable price ........ Easy to book with no complaints
Great food. Great girls. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. We had a good time. M + f
I'm not sure how exactly to review Privee's Afternoon Tease. On one hand, the performers were all quite good and struck the right balance between clever and silly, all the more fun with a couple of Privee's cocktails in you. On the other, the venue really let them down. Our reservation said to show up at 2:30pm, but when we did, they had clearly just started setting up. By the time they let us in, it was almost 3:00, and there was a crowd of people all packed into the little waiting area outside. The food was terrible. We bought an Amazon Local voucher for the experience, which included tea sandwiches, brioche, desserts, tea and a champagne cocktail. The tea was a standard cup of English breakfast, not bad, but oddly for an afternoon tea served with no pot. The desserts were clearly from Tesco / Sainsbury's - I could name the brand of everyone. Mr. Kipling made a strong showing here. I strongly suspect that the same is true of the sandwiches, that they were taken out of a box and cut into triangles. The champagne cocktails and brioche never appeared, again very strange, as we were served jam and something which was not quite clotted cream. We did order a few drinks from Privee's cocktail menu. They were quite good, albeit slightly overpriced. On the whole, we really enjoyed the show, but the tea itself was a huge let down. I hope that the performers find greener pastures soon. They deserve better.
Had a lovely evening at Privee, the food was Lebanese, light and very tasty. Would recommend if looking for a new experience. The Burlesque girls were entertaining and audience participation was fun.
I was taking two guests and my wife, the cabaret was dreadful, the food acceptable, but the cost including the voucher was £57 per head. I could have had a very pleasant meal in a smart west end restaurant for that sort of cost. On this experience I will give Amazon's voucher scheme a wide berth in future
I really enjoy the night. The venue is small but cosy. The food was nice, cocktails were ok not great! But the food and the customer service alongside the entertainment made up for this. The waitera were lovely always on hand and helping, we had 4 cabaret shows by 2ladies 1 belly dancer and a presenter who I must say was very funny and also a magitian. Me and my paryner loved it. A good fun night. Thank you Perivee
We had such a great time! The entertainment was top notch and the food was delicious!!
I really had a fab time, the food came out quickly and the show was fun and something different. I got a good deal from Wowcher which was meant to be worth £138 but we were still hit with £25 service charge which seemed like a bit of con. All in all it was a fun experience and the food was good.
What a super evening. I was a little worried that this would be a sleazy joint! In fact the whole experience was brilliant. Fab tasty food, very well presented, super efficient staff and a great cabaret! Will deffo go back!
Food was really good, and the Cabaret was even better. We had a great laugh!
Food was Lovely, really couldn't fault the food I would defo eat there again. The wait was quite a while but im guessing that's so you order more drinks and also we was over charged on our bill by £50 which I have seen others reviews stating that happens there and the guy did notice before he gave me my bill but one of the other guys I overheard him telling him to give it to me anyway! Luckily I wasn't drunk so we paid the correct amount! Very dark in there doesn't look anything like the pictures, but food was fab! x
Good food, entertainment and ambience, what more do you need for a different night out?!
