It is a rare joy to find a restaurant with such culinary flare and perfect service. Even more so one focussed on French cuisine. And in a surprising place - yet easy to get to. Just a few hundred yards from the Central Line's Snaresbrook station. Exquisite Sunday roasts, and wonderful duck. Authentic French cheese. Unrivalled value for such quality. Get on that tube now; it is closer than you think!

Caught up with friends before going away. Meant to be a quiet meal and chat but developed into a much lengthier (and liquid) "party" for six. Great fun and treated very hospitably.

The food was lovely, full of flavour seasoned well and washed down with a few beverages great place to dine oh yeah and the service was superb and one more thing it's a few wobbly steps to the cuckfield pub 😊 happy days 😀👍

I think the set menu is excellent however it would be good to have more changes as we go so often
