Rangrez - Hammersmith

The food was really good and the atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. Unfortunatelly there was too much noise because of a table of 10 drunk guys next to us.

Nice food although slightly disappointed with the starters of kebabs.I felt they were cooked earlier and then just warmed when served. Didn’t come sizzling as I expected. Also price wise, it’s quite costly. The venue itself can do with a refurb. Low lighting makes it difficult to see your food and tables are quite tightly packed. Glad I tried the food - but it’s rather expensive.

Food was fine and friendly staff. We used this restaurant for a pre-concert meal--it's just around the corner from the Apollo. Perfect for it's purpose.

Great food, great atmosphere, great setup but the service could be a little more attentive. Highly recommended overall and one of the best Indian restaurants I've been to in London.

A delicious Indian meal in pleasant surroundings. The staff are friendly and the service good. We would certainly eat here again when in the area.

great food food was 40 mins to arrive - nothing else amiss but was frustrated as ordered on arrival and had to bolt our food to see show at Eventim. We had allowed masses of time if food wasnt so slow. Beer over priced.

Didn’t enjoy most of the food. They only had a couple of waiters for the pre-theatre slot when they were full. £3.75 for popadums?? Wasn’t good value, service or good food. Would not recommend.

Really disappointed with the food, service and price. The prawns were overdone, hard and chewy. Everything was greasy, the service was non existent, i had to stand up to get someones attention. Walking past the kitchen i could see food and puddle o f water all over the floor. Add to this that i was expensive, and the service charge was added to the bill automatically, i cannot recommend this place at all.

Just a bit rubbish seated by the door which was draft and cold menu was limit and quite pricey. Staff were dismissive and slow didn't try the food as decided to leave and look elsewhere to eat.

Such great service, warm and welcoming atmosphere m and kind owner did everything to ensure a good meal was had. Really recommend the potato/pea patties as starter.

Table was too small and was uneven. Rocked continuously on the spot. Starters were nice. Main meal was terrible. Catered for the English curry house and not a traditional curry house for the Authentic Indian.

I invited my husband for his birthday. The restaurant was not busy. The food was very good but service was sub standard. The Ealing branch is much better.

The place was very busy and full, so the service got a little slow, but the staff did their best. And the food more than made up for any inconveniences. So tasty!!

we waited forever and ever.. I guess there were some concert near, so it was crowded. only 2 waiters.. it was a chaos. took an hour to get drinks. some apologies that's it. they added tips without asking anyway. so the bad service but they still took their tip percentage.

it was so so busy at that time around 19 : 15, so anybody could not take even an order for 30 min. unfotunately. so sad

Incredible authentic food full of flavours. The fish pakora and chaat dishes stood out. The service was impeccable-friendly and efficient. Lovely interior and atmosphere. Recommended!

This is the third time. And simply amazing food. And good service. It's always busy in there. And has a great atmosphere. Homely. And welcoming.

There were two of us having a meal before the Steve Winwood concert around the corner at The Apollo! Service was great with drinks and poppadoms sorted in less than a minute from taking our seats. They gave us just the right time for sorting our food from the Menu - Chicken Zal-Zala was the same choice for both of us and it was really tasty. Two main courses followed and the Lamb Rogan Josh was fantastic. We were there because of the nearness to the concert venue but I'd go back there anytime. Wonderful meal.

Hi loved the food. It a great family run restaurant. They make get Punjabi dishes. It reminds me of my grandmums style of cooking, great and homely! Everything is freshly made on the day hence they cannot do lunch as they have to prepare. The dishes are good size and the place a beautifully decorated. They are locate next to Hammersmith tube station and Apollo. Location wise they are very easy to get to. I look forward to my next meal with them Thank you, Kulpreet

Nice food, friendly staff. Not super quality but great for a quick bite after work. In the end the price was quite expensive for Indian food although the ambiance was nice.

Food was good, but the service was fairly slow. We had to ask twice if we could order. Clearly popular as it hit very busy.

Good food, and service with a smile. Happy to alter dishes to your taste, for example increase or decrease the curry potency. Food produced without undue delays.

Great food, good service. Very handy location for Eventim/Hammersmith Apollo ! The aubergine dish was exceptionally tasty. Slightly pricey compared to others but worth it for the good food and location.

The restaurant is small and busy and therefore quite noisy but the service was good and the food was excellent. We will definitely go there again and recommend that you give it a try if you have never been there. First rate authentic Indian!

Quite expensive for a curry house. But right next to Apollo Eventim. so they can charge what they like. But food was good and friendly service (12.5% added). They coped well with the number of diners, who were all going to the same concert.

We arrived at 7.30pm and were seated straight away. Shortly after we arrived, the restaurant quickly filled up. Service was friendly and efficient and the food was really very good. We can recommend the chilli ghobi and the fish curry. The chick pea masala was a little thin in the sauce for my liking but otherwise tasty and the paratha and rice were exceptional. We had two courses, two beers a coke and a peppermint tea and bill came to £72 for the pair of us so not cheap however we felt with the service, the atmosphere and the food together, it was worth it.

Good food, great atmosphere and service, pretty fast on delivery. It was very close to Apollo Eventim where we went afterwards for a concert. Recommend.

I booked the restaurant for a dinner with my colleagues from work. The first time I came here was on my own and I felt taken care of like I was family. So I wanted to bring my work family to share the same experience and the excellent food. Our host literally spoiled us with attention and lovely mouthwatering punjabi food. I am definitely going back there again and again. As well taking my friends there as well. My colleagues loved the experience too.

Lovely food but a very rowdy crowd of rugby players did spoil the atmosphere. Although I am sure it would be fine on a quieter night.

Warm welcome from staff. No mushroom pilau and no mixed grill which are 2 of my favourites!! Apart from that. All good and thanks for a nice evening.

Food was great. Place wasn't very full everyone is missing out on a great meal. The lamb starter was tender and tasty. Would definitely return.

Booking for 8 with no problems, great food, location was fine and being a Wednesday night it was quiet but would not hesitate in visiting again.

Friendly staff, food came out promptly, especially recommend the paneer curry, really enjoyed! Easy to get to from Hammersmith station, lovely decor, good value for money
