Friendly place and good food, good experience in this americana pub
Great food as always, really good to see the place so busy!
Great food. Great atmosphere. Good drinks. . . . Would defo be back
There was quite a big wait for the waitress to take our drinks order and she then took our food order after that once we had drinks. Also waiting a while for the plates to be cleared at the end. Food was nice though and we would recommend.
Enjoyed a delicious meal at Red dog saloon, would recommend and definitely return.
I was very happy with the whole experience, the food was delicious and arrived quickly. The service was friendly and efficient. I'd definitely go again.
Excellent restaurant! Service is good and the food is even better. Burgers cooked exactly how they should be. Would definitely book again and go back here, nice atmosphere.
Very friendly ... lovely vibe great food and nice wine. Not sure why I need 25 words as surely what I said at the start was good enough 😂
Great venue and atmosphere...friendly staff. I used a voucher so only had a burger and cocktail. Nice burger and strong cocktails 👍🏻👍🏻. Will definitely return. X
Catered for a large party with efficient service, friendly staff and atmosphere. Food came out in good time and service remained attentive after everything was served.
Great service, decent food and portion size. Dined as a party of 5, me and a friend ordered the ‘Hog Platter’ special each off the Sunday menu (didn’t see it on the main menu) and they brought us a side of fries on the house which was a nice touch. Would definitely go back again.
Have visited here twice, first time was a while ago where there was 3 of us dining. i remember getting the chicken wings on a cajun rub to start and they were delicious and plenty of them to share between 2 people. I got the double philly cheesesteak burger (or something like that) with the texas chilli loaded fries. The burger was huge and one of the nicest ive had and the fries were a nice addition and a good level spice. Others got a cheeseburger and fries and some chicken combo with other meats which i was assured was nice. The latest visit here was for the all you can eat fried chicken they do on Wednesdays now. The cost is £15pp or for an extra £10pp you can also get unlimited lynchburg lemonades or alcoholic ice teas. We opted for the £25pp person, personally the drinks wernt to my taste and when i eventually come back id opt for non alcoholic offer. Now for the food, It comes out on big wooden block which includes 3 fried chicken pieces, fries, bbq beans and coleslaw. The chicken is on the bone which i personally prefer boneless as its easier to eat but it was still extremely nice, the batter was really crispy and flavourful and was tastes freshly cooked as it came out hot and juicy. The fries were nice as an extra, the bbq beans were smokey and flavourful and the coleslaw which i find a lot places struggle to make nice was one of the best ive had. The restaurant wasnt that busy which made asking for a top up of stuff easy and quick, each time coming out hot like the first tray. You dont have to eat everything on the tray to refill it and you can choose what you want a refill of. I ended up eating 4 trays of fried chicken which was 9 pieces of large fried chicken. For £50 for 2 people all you cab eat food & alcoholoc drinks was a good price. Both time ive ate here ive left really full, too full that each time ive not been able to get a dessert which ive wanted to try
This is a very relaxing venue, with friendly staff, great food and awesome music. If you're asked to upgrade your fries... you'd be a fool not to.
amazing place, friendly staff, lovely food defo gonna go back
good service..brilliant food...if i lived near one it would become a local for me..friendly staff ..wasnt busy which was also good as got food extremely quickly...
My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful afternoon lunch here. The food was fantastic the best I have had in awhile. The staff where friendly and nothing was to much to enhance the experience. I will most defiantly eating here again and trying something else from a fantastic menu.
We were really looking forward to going and catching up with a friend but there was a live band on which meant we could not hear each other. The food was beautiful but the too loud music was off putting
