Relish Real Burgers - St Albans

This place does amazing burgers. so juicy - not at all dry

Great food, pleasant service and excellent service. We were a party of six and despite being very close to the closure of the kitchen staff were very nice and allowed us to stay a bit later than the planned closure to finish our dinner.

Great service, tasty food and vibrant atmosphere! The staff were incredibly friendly-we also thought it was really good value. Location perfect for a show at the arena afterwards too.

Good service and food, but would prefer the food to be served on a plate and not a slate - the food kept slipping onto the table!

Great food. Great shakes. Excellent service. This was my first time eating here and I would definitely go again. I don't normally like burger places and I'm gluten intolerant so they can be tricky for me, but not here. Gluten-free buns that taste good!

Great food, great service, child friendly, lovely staff, clean toilets. Only improvement would be for me the dessert menu needed more to it and if changing a dirty nappy you are in view of diners who can also see your child with their nappy off, bit something I would be happy with.

Friendly & helpful staff. One of our group had a special dietary request and they were happy to work something out for her. Food was delicious 😋

Great service, excellent burgers and fries and lots to choose from. Love the elderflower to drink, complete with fresh berries but would ask the management to ban the plastic straw. They are so damaging and lots of St Albans restaurants have signed up to find alternatives. Will be back

Lovely atmosphere, excellent t service by friendly staff. Food a little ordinary but can't really expect much from a burger. Personally I prefer regular buns rather than the sweet sort. Convenience to the Alban Arena makes it the go-to place.

Nice burger good service. Price was ok maybe they should include the fries in the overall price rather than charge separately as a side but even so enjoyed my meal overall

The service was good, the food was ok, we were the only people I the restaurant and the food was served warm, not hot. The restaurant was also very cold.

Service was very good, food tasty, and good portions. And they didn’t chase us out when we were the last there and passed closing time. Very nice.

Good friendly service - plenty of choices on the menu. Food delivered in good time and well presented. Burgers all cooked to perfection just the way we had requested Unfortunately we were all full and therefore didn't have room for any deserts

The best place to go in St Albans if it's your birthday. They do a nice little surprise birthday cake. Not many gems like this place left. Great for kids and pre cinema/night out dinner

Went with friends before a show at the Alban Arena. The food and service were all very good. Just be aware the the price on the menu is purely for the burger, any fries or salad is extra.

"Relish" continues to be the best burgers around; good service and good ambience makes this place ideal for dinner before a show at the Alban Arena.

Quickly and friendly service. Took my two best friends there and happy to go back. Me and my partner go there all the time. Milkshake are fantastic there

We enjoyed a very nice Friday lunch at Relish. The staff was very friendly and the burgers were delicious. Even though we were 7 people, the service was quick and our burgers almost came all together.

Tasty food and served hot. The service was excellent The only (minor) downside was the temperature in the restaurant felt on the cold side, so had to keep fleece on. Will be back

This is the fourth time we’ve visited - same excellent service and food as always. We love the games you can borrow to pass the time with your children whilst you’re waiting. Last night my son ordered the crunchie milkshake with his food... delicious!

Food was lovely. Initial service was a little slow (it was busy as it was pre-show). Drinks took ages to come (which took 1 point off my score) but food came in good time and was really nice. I like the atmosphere in here - i have come several times with kids for early tea and it is very welcoming of them and good value quality food.

Burgers are great, milkshakes (with booze) are superb. Our only problem was an event finished in the arena about halfway through our visit which made it much busier and noisier.

Busy Saturday evening pre concert, Food ok, salad boring. service not great. Initial wait to order then given bill before we had finished our meal.

Great service as we were a group of 10 with 4 kids. Food quality also excellent and good choice for kids meals. Would def recommend

As always great food, only issue was minor and that was that we had to wait over half an hour for our food when it didn't seem particularly busy, but we were pre warned about this. Will come again
