We had a lovely evening..beautiful food and very caring staff. It is a lovely small restaurant but we had a party in which although no-ones fault...we could barely hear ourselves talk. Certainly would not put us off returning. Would definitely recommend a visit.

As always a thoroughly enjoyable and different Sunday lunch experience. We sampled 9 varied dishes, some from the regular menu and some from the specials board, and there wasn't one that was anything other than delicious.

Disappointing, they are trying too many different things with Tapas. Not a great overall experience but the manager/owner was a nice guy who took on board the feedback we gave.

Fantastic, as always. Every dish was good and in particular, the scallops are heaven sent. Gambas Pil Pil also wonderful. Service is friendly and efficient.

Incredible food amazing atmosphere faaab staff would deffo recommend and we’ll be returning very soon!! The halloumi, tempura prawns and calamari are divine - yuuuuum

Rico Libre is a fantastic, small tapas restaurant I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anybody. Food is fab, staff are charming and helpful. overall a great experience.

Staff were very attentive. Nice to see a restaurant trying some different types of tapas. Some were good. Don’t go expecting a fancy restaurant, advise getting a taxi there later at night

was told about this place by a friend who lives in Coventry! So been more local I thought I'd give a try myself, wasn't disappointed! Great food the daily specials were just amazing, nice quiet atmosphere too. will definitely visit again sooner rather than later!

Great food great service enjoyed the frogs legsbjuicy and sweet Kalahari succulent and flavoursome. Would recommend to everyone for a tasty night out .go now

On arrival we received a very warm welcome from the owner & shown to our reserved seats. The restaurant is very basic with retro prints for decoration providing a pleasant atmosphere. The menu & specials board spoilt for choice with the waitress being very attentive without being overpowering. We chose various tapas which were cooked freshly to order - the waiting time was quite acceptable considering the choice. The food was to an exceptionally high standard, very fresh fish which flaked perfectly - all the other dishes were very tasty & satisfying. What a pleasant surprise ! We're already planning our next visit.

Fantastic food and really friendly service! Can’t wait to return there- a brilliant menu - loved the pork belly, smoked haddock in beer batter, soft shell crab and the clam and chilli linguini- amazing !

Amazing food, lots of variety, very friendly staff and it's BYOB - what more could you want? It's a bit out of the way, admittedly, but it's well worth the trip!

Very good choice of food. With the option of BYOB The decor is pithy, could do with an upgrade. The overall experience was wonderful that would warrant another visit.

Really great service. Food was excellent quality. Absolute gem. Don't be put off by the location or the exterior. It's all about the food. Recommend the garlic bread, garlic prawns, scallops, calamari.

All the staff were really attentive and friendly and the food was amazing! The specials board was filled with quirky interesting dishes that were really delicious and staff were very helpful when I forgot my bag at the restaurant and aided it's safe return to me.

Lovely staff, amazing food - gem to be found in digbeth. So much variety on the menu and plenty of specials to add something extra to the experience.

The owner Zaff and his staff were so accommodating to my little girl on arrival. They let us have the cosy back room to dine in complete with piano....which was a big hit with our daughter. The food was delicious. We will be back. A lovely find tucked away in Digbeth. Maria, Patrick and Sophia x

Fabulous eating experience with lovely friendly staff. Would have been a 6, but I was cold all night and had to put my coat on.

Great food options and well prepared. Friendly staff. Tapas comes from the kitchen at random times after ording. Cash required rather than card. Small seating area.
