We received vouchers as a wedding present and it was a perfect treat. Despite it being a busy Saturday night we were treated like royalty.

Tasty food, good service, relaxed atmosphere. A very pleasant place to have Sunday lunch - brunch menu (lots of ways with eggs) and more substantial fare (Sunday roasts, fish etc) on offer.

Good food and drink. Attentive and friendly staff. Bit quiet for a Saturday night. Busy when we arrived but quiet later - if you get in before 18:30 then you can get a cheaper option or, indeed, mix and match from A la Carte.

Brilliant - the staff were friendly and informal and bent over backwards for us. Couldn't have been better and we will definitely be back for the next big family meal.

Food was delicious and good service. Great value for money on the market menu with ample portion sizes. We'll be back in the near future

Good food served by friendly staff who are justifiably proud of what is coming out of the kitchen. A casual environment perfect for meeting up with family and friends.

Food was lovely. I am not normally a sweet hand but I recommend the Honeycomb and Caramel Sundae. Unfortunately the restaurant was exceptionally noisy due to a table of 12 females sitting behind us. We could hardly hear ourselves speak because of them. Staff were very pleasant. There was a mix up with my potatoes, for which I was not charged. It was a nice touch to give us a drink at the end of our meal too. We would visit again.

Been here a number of times for dinner now. Every visit fantastic. The food is superb and service always friendly. Wife's steak cooked perfectly too.

I had dinner with my little sister and we had two full courses (starter,main,dessert+wine). Appearance, taste, quantity,quality and value. Everything was excellent and really satisfying. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and helped to create a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Ordered dinner from both a la carte and market menu and the food was delicious all round.

very very quickly served!! 2 courses and we were in and out in 40 mins left us wondering what to do with the rest of the night!

We had a lovely leisurely lunch, staff very attentive, good value and wine choice good. The new menu is good and the spanish stew special a hit.

Good service and great atmosphere. Couple of the starters bit on the burnt side and one of the steaks not cooked as requested. However did not spoil our experience.

very good service and friendly waiter. chowder boring and salty. belly pork very yummy with tasty sauce and veg. sticky ginger and walnut pudding fine though lacking in noticeable gingery-ness and walnuts. good booze and coffee. in all a nice lunch, thank you.

As ever, the food, drinks and staff were top notch! Thanks to the team at Bubbly Jocks for reminding me why we chose to have our wedding meal there. Will be back again soon.

Arrival was poorly greeted they didn't have our reservation but was we got settled the food was faultless tasty and great value! Would still recommend to anyone!

Great food, never anything left on the plates when they go back to the kitchen. Been for brunch, lunch and in the evening and food and service great every time.

I have to say that we were so looking forward to going to RBJ but sadly it does not live up to its billing!! The place itself was not the nicest but putting that aside, the food is mainly what they are allegedly recognised for. Well let me be Frank - it was if a very poor quality and at best was mediocre. So much so that 2 of our party had to return their food as it was not edible. I do not wish to comment any more as it would be negative and therefore I will sum up by saying - we will definitely not be going back.

This was our first visit to Roastit Bubbly Jocks and we are already planning our next! The restaurant has a good atmosphere and lovely helpful staff. We choose this restaurant for the menu and our party of four weren't disappointed. I cant eat dairy, wheat and tomatoes which means i usually have a meal with these thing just taken off (which can make for a dull dish) But the chef here made an absolutely delicious similar dish for me, containing all the flavours promised on the menu! We are all looking forward to my sons birthday to return.

Visited as a family group aged between 29 and 75, and we had a great evening. Great food and service, and very reasonably priced. Would definitely visit again.

What amazing service! Our waitress was just brilliant! So kind & attentive throughout which just added to the lovely food! We were 4 girls on a Sunday eve dinner night & despite us being last there we were absolutely not rushed out! Food was fantastic too, great value, great venue all round!

Fantastic. Great tasty food, good service with a friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices. We went there for my mum's birthday and had a great time, highly recommended.
