Excellent service staff all very busy but very quick ! The good is lovely and the place is clean and the overall feeling of the place is warm and welcoming

The overall maintenance of the place needed attention the wall where our party was seated was badly falling off the wall the wall above was either a vinyl or plastic and was filthy and again broke. Bread rolls so tiny they was size of grapes. No bread with the prawn cocktail. Very few vegetables with the main course. The service was lovely girls were great. The act was great. We just found the food was not up to what it has been in the past.

The food was ok the bread on the table might as well not have arrived. The menu is a little confusing with regards to veg potatoes and chips and tiramisu was very runnie. But still had a good evening

Roberto's is the place to go for a fantastic meal and entertaining evening. We were a large family group and can only rate this restaurant and the staff highly. They really do go the extra mile to ensure your happiness.

Beautiful restaurant, beautiful food, lovely service and a hidden Gem in Batley. If you've not been before then get there and you'll never forget it

Lovely place. Lovely food. Staff were friendly. Being nearly 8 months pregnant they sat us in a comfy booth and helped take my drink to the table for me.

Great night, food was lovely and Mauro and staff were very attentive, Mauro came to us with recommendations of dishes he had extra to the menu, also was very accommodating to chop and change a meal for me.

The restaurant was very nice and the food was delicious. The early bird menu is now all day every day and is very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and certain to go again.

Nice atmosphere, good choice of food, disappointing there were no fish options but understandable given the weather. Nice choice of drinks and reasonably priced. Would visit again.

Was charged 14.70 x 2 for a meal advertised at 9.95. Only realised when i got home. Risotto was tasteless. Basically tasted of rice boiled in water.

We love Robertos. It is a family run restaurant .Good food , great prices, lovely staff. What's not to like. We eat here a lot and have never been disappointed .

we all chose from the early bird menu and thought it was very good value for money. One of our group is diabetic and she was disapointed with the choice of drinks available to her. Her only option seemed to be a diet coke but that was flat and tasteless. Otherwise a good night. We like where it is situated as there is good parking on the doorstep.

Absolutely beautiful food and very reasonably priced (especially the early bird menu). Drinks are a bit on the pricey side but expected in a restaurant. Slightly disappointed by the lack of soft drink options as I am pregnant. Staff were friendly, service was good and speed at which food came out was also good.

Excellent food and very reasonable pricing, Good service and friendly staff, Highly recommended. Everything fresh and tasty. Drinks prices very reasonable as well. 4 people, 3 courses, wine and drinks for £85.00.

Fabulous as always had a great New Year’s Eve. The singer was friendly involving people in the audience beautiful voice a very nice evening fireworks at midnight were spectacular

We have never had a bad experience at any time here. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and nothing is any trouble. The menu is wide and covers a good selection of quality food.

we were never acknowledged by any staff until I approached a waitress, when we eventually got sat down we weren't given all the menus available there was no atmosphere some tables had crackers others didn't ,the service was definitely not with any smiles !will not be in a rush to go back

We have been to Robertos on a number of occasions for birthdays etc and not had a bad experience yet, its very nice and great friendly staff thankyou

Bad service. Took a while for our table to be ready even thiugh it was a set menu. First course my friend had soup spolled on her lap. Second course our drinks came wrong, wrong and finally arrived after 15 mins. Clearing up third course, my other friend had the cutlery fall on her new leather jacket and the enterainment singer had to pick it up!! Then we got our bill and they’d charged 10 meals instead of 9. Ridiculous. We will never book again. Robertos used to be lovely, now it is really bad.

The food was lovely and very authentic Italian. The price point is very reasonable. We both had the early bird menu which is 3 courses for £11.90. We will definitely be coming back

Food was mediocre but the evening was ruined by poor service. It's clear that there is a two tier system here - if you are a regular you are treated differently. The waiting staff never smiled - were unhelpful and one didn't even speak. But for other tables it was smiles and laughter and complimentary limoncello. We won't be recommending

Superb delicious food and fabulous staff and owner! They are so welcoming and helpful! The variety and quality of food is great and they are willing to adapt eg one of us didn't want a sauce so their food was served plain and still delicious

Lovely food excellent service just a bit cold in the restaurant otherwise it would have been a 6. I’m not a huge lover of Italian food but thoroughly enjoyed my pizza

Always a fantastic welcome at Roberto's, and the food was as excellent as ever! Mauro and the team are first class and make everyone feel welcome and at ease. Our three year old loves visiting and the staff all make a fuss of her. Simply a great place to have something to eat!
