Running restaurants has been in the owner’s family for three generations now, beginning originally with a bakery and factory in Thailand’s Nakhon Pathom and leading to six different restaurants across the country. Luckily for the people of London, the family is keeping up the legacy conveniently on Rocks Lane in Barnes, where you can try out the same specialities made in their restaurants in Thailand. Head chef Wat makes each and every ingredient from scratch, trading out pre-made chilli sauce and curry paste for the recipes that his ancestors have been using for centuries in Thailand.
