Experience classic Indian cooking at Royal India restaurant in Glasgow. As the UK well knows, fine cooking is considered somewhat of an art form in India, hence the passionate chefs at Royal India cut no corners and source only the finest ingredients available. You’ll find the restaurant well-located on Harvie Avenue in Newton Mearns where an a la carte packed with classics is waiting. Think baltis, pardesis, pasandas and biryanis, as well as plenty of prime meats from the tandoori grill and some in house creations that go way beyond anything you are likely to have tried before. Glasgow loves Royal India and, as you can see, that’s for more than a few good reasons.
We love the Royal!!!. We always take the Buffet......which is just divine. Great choice from start to finish. We have been a few times now,and have made it our place to go. The staff are so friendly and helpful,it is a 10 from us.Keep up the fab work!!
Delicious food. Ordered tandoori and it was so fresh and so tasty...yum. I was recommended by my daughter who had a great meal there. It is under new ownership and it is well worth a visit. I’ll be back.
Our party was e a group of hungry guys from the local Whitecraigs squash club and although I booked late and subsequently changed both the time and number of people from 6 to 10 on the reservation, the management were very accommodating and friendly, food was excellent and staff very attentive - highly recommended!
We had a really nice meal at the Royal India. Great food, excellent service and a nice relaxed atmosphere. We had a la carte but the buffet looked lovely too. Very good value.
Very friendly staff. Great food at a very reasonable price. We had the buffet and there was a great choice. The plate of starters served up to us were amazing. Will definitely be back.
Very good meal in smart restaurant. Staff also attentive and pleasant without being in your face. This was our first visit here and we will return.
