Pros:The food is really good and the prices fare. Cons: The environment is more like a fast food though, not a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately you cant have a glass of wine there either

As always, the staffs are very very polite. Food has always been delicious. We travel all the way from N.Wales just to get the right taste of the "real cuisine" We ate addicted to "Rumi by Bukhara" Keep up the hard work.

Very easily reachable from North Wales. Perfect location. Excellent staff. Food was very very good. Gelato, brought home gulaab jamun & rasmalai, they were fabulous. Staff are very hard working. Keep up the good work. We are coming back.

Very friendly atmosphere and lovely food. My last Iftar with a large buffet and a great moshroom soup. Big dish of fruit salad and 6 different main course and appriszers

The Ramadan buffet was nice and various options were provided with chicken, beef as well as vegetarian dishes. It was crowded, but the staff managed well and were helpful.

Decent food, somewhat inattentive service. Surprised that rice is considered an add-on in an Indian restaurant, and chips were part of a meal, though. Decent value for money.

Good restaurant with varied menu and kids meal options too. Mixed grill a bit bland but overall good food. Slow service but would visit again.

The mix grill was ok but slightly undersalted and the seek kebabs were a little firm. The lamb pastry biryani was nice with the lamb being tender. The sauce needed more salt. The lamb steak was a bit too firm and needed more salt. The chips and veg were ok. The black pepper needed more salt and spice. The strawberry and virgin mojitos were very good as was the customised bounty and choc milkshake. We were recommended to have a meal at Rumis by a friend. I have to say we were disappointed with the food overall on this occasion. Service was above average as staff were friendly. Any restaurant can have an off day. No alcohol allowed on premises. Card payments taken. Student discounts not offered at this time. Quite a large menu to choose from which should be smaller so to keep quality standards higher.

The service was exceptional, right from the very first enquiry call through to walking out the door. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and make sure we were as comfortable as possible. A special thank you for their attention to our request for disabled access - they couldn't have done better! The food was more than plentiful and very tasty, catering to every taste, from very mild to super hot. We had visitors from overseas who've gone back with a wonderful impression of Indian food served in Liverpool.

I went their with my wife to have Eid dinner. The restaurant was clean, and my reservations was at 8:15 and that was the exact time we sat on our table. I like the fact that they serve each costumer by turn, even though I wait for 15 minutes, but by the time they serve me they did all their best to make me satisfied . The BIRYANI was very delicious. The food portions were small for the price. The workers were very friendly and I absolutely was very comfortable and happy. I would absolutely recommended it to anyone.

Great food, friendly service! Despise of its hidden location, and modest interiors - this was a very nice experience. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We did not see any other tourists, and it seems to be a place where the locals go to eat. I will definitely recommend it!
