The restaurant known as Sabai Thai had fantastic food, a lovely atmosphere and great customer service. 10 on 10. Would visit again. Cocktails on point.
Always a pleasurable experience - tasty food, friendly staff and value for money. Sabah Thai continues to be one of my top eating establishments in Brighton.
Really nice veggie Thai curry, and atmosphere, and friendly service. I'm not keen on 2 hour eating slots 7-9pm. Feels a bit pressured to leave. Excellent apart from that.
The food is very good, and I think there is something on the menu for everybody, ranging from not at all to very Spicey. Don‘t be afraid and try the weeping tiger. The meat is perfectly cooked but the sauce indeed made me weep.
Food was lovely. However, kitchen was closed over an hour before the restaurant was closed and were told we were not allowed to order dessert. The bill was then forced on us before everyone had finished and were rushed out. Poor service, especially as they were inforned of my birthday.
The food was not special unfortunately, I remember it was so much better and more authentic when I went there a couple of years back. The service was friendly but slow even though they were not that busy, first they forgot my friend's beer and then they forgot my chilies. So I think I won't be rushing back.
Lovely meal and relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend this restaurant eaten here a few times and the food and service have always been very good
My favourite Thai Restruant in Brighton...I’m vegan and they offer lots of vegan options which really tasty, great friendly service as well. I would recommend :)
Amazing staff, fabulous food, great atmosphere, close to theatres - what's not to like. The portions are very generous too. Will definitely go again - soon.
Great restaurant with a great atmosphere, the waiting staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic, would highly recommend to anyone
The staff were very friendly however we were disappointed with the lack of choice of Gluten Free dishes. The Pad Thai was a regular but we found out it isn't available Gluten Free anymore as it comes pre-made. Shame :(
Bill was calculated wrong as an extra £20 had been added incorrectly. This was corrected but still made us feel like we were in the wrong.
Staff very attentive, a good menu and food ok however 2 meals had a hair found. Which was disappointing to find. This would not put me off from a further visit.
I love Sabai Thai. The food is excellent - just right, lovely spices. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the music not too loud.
Fabulous service and atmosphere. Food was good but not to my taste. I found it a bit bland if I’m honest. Maybe I chose the wrong thing. However, food is very fresh and not sweetened like a lot of Thai food.
Very tasty food and great service. Their duck with tamarind was delicious. The massaman curry - we had the chicken and also - were, as usual, very tasty.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere, all for a reasonable price!
A great restaurant, great food and service. The location is very central, and the restaurant is nicely tucked away near the park Value of afternoon special is excellent. Will definitely return.
Great food and friendly people. The Thai red curry is amazing as all all the food and the staff. We will be back again soon.
Delicious meal & excellent service . The ambiance was very friendly & quite lively . I would highly recommend a visit there , nothing is too much trouble .
Service was very slow and my friends meal was cold when she finally got it. They said they would replace it but all they did was pit the fish back in the pan. It was then returned and was inedible. My friend then ordered another meal and had to wait again. The rest of us had all finished our meal ny the time she got hers. It's the first time this has ever happened in any of my other visits. Unfortunately it was my friends first visit which left her wondering why I like the restaurant so much.
Superb food and great service, what more could you ask for! And loads of gluten free options as well! I especially love the Stay Chicken and Masaman curry!
we eat early so was quiet. good choice on the menu, tasted great. good staff, nice and helpful. would certainly recommend this as a good place to eat
Once again, wonderful food, excellent service and good prices. Love this place! The best Thai restaurant in Brighton in my opinion. I'll definitely be back!
Great food, great service, love this place. They just added some new dishes to the menu and we tried 2 of them, they were so good.
Stunning food, great service. Beef massaman is excellent, as is the mixed starter for two. Was expecting the weeping tiger to come out sizzling like you normally have - this was a little dry and overcooked but on the whole excellent meal
